If I could give a negative I would - Please please be very careful if you are moving a student or child in here. We have learned by experience. They will tell you one thing to get you in the door, but once you are in will change it. We didn’t check the lease for our son (our bad) and when they told us would happen didn’t. One roommate was supposed to pay by financial aid and the other monthly. They got bought out one month later and it has been horrible since. Not one person will tell the truth in the office, and you get a different story each time you call. They are rude and will BLOCK you from management at all costs. They will not allow you to talk to anyone that can make a difference and you will argue and fight for months. It is horribly ran and they are money hungry. They can’t substantiate where any of the utility costs have come from and won’t follow up on sending you requested info. I am Sure they will come back and write that they did everything correct and that we are the wrong ones, but there were 5 adults that all heard the same conversation and all Of us parents have been fighting with the office ever since. Read your lease and make sure you know going in that you will not get past the office staff. if you have an issue they are who you deal with. Trying to get management is horrible and impossible. And they won’t even call you back or have a meeting when requested. Let’s see how they respond now and blame it all on us. They will Say they responded to all emails and blah blah blah. Even though not one person ever rectified the issues or admitted we were told false info to get the boys in the apartment. And shame on the staff there they treat people like a piece of paper and are rude and unprofessional. Just be careful!!this is coming from a parent! I have requested a meeting in person at least 5 times with a lawyer and they keep ignoring it. We have requested paperwork and notes and they don’t send it. These are the facts. I don’t care what they write back and say. For your own sake and your kids be very careful.

My apartment is beautiful! I recently moved from one apartment to another within Aspen and the staff was very helpful and understanding, which I appreciated so much.

It’s my third year living at this property, and I’ve lived in two of their communities now, Aspen and Elm. I have all good things to say. The apartments themselves are so spacious, offer in unit washer and dryers, and dishwashers. The maintence team has always helped me in such a timely manner, and everyone at the office has always been pleasant and answered any questions I’ve had. The app used for documents, paying rent, and submitting maintence requests is great and works very quickly. The resort style pool and gym are amazing amenities!! I highly recommend the Aspen or Elm communities for anyone in Indiana looking, you won’t regret it!!

I have lived here for almost three months now and my roommate and I love the property! The staff is pleasant to work with and the property has a lot to offer compared to other properties in Indiana.

I've lived here for a year now and love it. Newly renovated units, gorgeous pool area, close to the school, and tons of restaurants. Basketball hoops, volleyball courts, a gym and tanning beds all are offered. Maintenance is on point and all questions and concerns I've had in the year I've been here have been taken care of quickly and efficiently

I love my apartment here! The staff is always friendly and maintenance comes quickly to resolve any issues we have! The amenities are amazing with a pool and gym within walking distance.

This is a great location not too far from campus with car and not too close to campus. It’s a nice community with amenities. Only issue is takes a while to get things fixed.

Aspen is so beautiful and everyone who works in the office is always so nice and helpful! I’ve enjoyed living here and the plus is all the extra stuff around the clubhouse that we can do like the pool and gym!

I like the apartments for a fair price. The rooms are a good size as well as the bathrooms provided. You get your own bathroom with a walkin closet which the size is very good. Definitely would recommend this place yall!

I love how close the apartments are to the campus! If I needed to walk I could! I wish the pool opened sooner so we could use them more! Also I absolutely love that tanning is free with rentals! My roommate and I use them all the time and love it!!

The office staff is kind and very easy to work with and any work needed done by them or even maintenance is fast. The apartments are a great size with lots of amenities. I have loved living here and look forward to staying with them again!

Absolutely love living at Traverse Commons, the living options are perfect for spacious and comfortable living. The office staff is always welcoming and friendly whenever I need assistance! If you’re looking for a place to live, do it!

Best view in town! I absolutely love seeing the sunsets and sunrises from my room. The fact that the rooms have washer/dryer, dishwashers, and plenty of space make aspen one of the best apartments I have lived in. Very easy to get back and forth from campus as well 100% would recommend

This is my favorite apartment complex I have ever lived in! The amenities are amazing, the apartments are gorgeous and spacious, and the maintenance team is so nice and helpful! Can't recommend this place enough!

I love living here. Since I moved in last year I've had nothing but great experiences. Fair pricing, FREE furnishing, great amenities, very nice staff, multiple bus stops, community events, and more! I didn't have think twice when it came to renewing my lease. I look forward to what the future holds with my continued residency! :)

As previously stated by other reviews, there is mold in almost every apartment, according to other residents I've talked to and my personal experience. And when you put in a maintenance request for anything - from mold to all the other things that go wrong here all the time - you usually have to follow up with the office to get anyone to respond to your online request.

NEVER live here. I got mold poisoning from the first unit I was in and they took weeks to take care of it and months to move me to another apartment. The new apartment also had mold and they didn’t even fix it before I moved out. Then they charged excessive fees for “late move out” when they weren’t in the office and took me off their email lists. I wish I could post photos on here of all the mold in both units.

Nothing good to say about this community. I’ve lived in Indiana for 4 years and have never had such a bad experience with housing.

Complete DISGRACE .. they have TERRIBLE MOLD PROBLEMSSSSSSSSSS. And all they will offer is to pay for your belongings to go to the cleaners. If u have kids DEFINITELY don’t stay here. Also your light bill will be skyyyyy high ! UNBELIEVABLE MANAGEMENT

Very easy access for move in day, plenty of parking, friendly staff. Safe secure atmosphere.

The thing I liked when I lived at The Arch was the office staff were always willing to fix any issue I had. Maintenance was always there the next day at most to fix my work order. Love that the utilities were all included so I did not have to deal with Penelec in setting the electric up. The amenities such as the pool and gym were my favorite!
