Not having lived in an apartment community in over 30 years, it's impossible for me to compare my experience to other properties. But my selecting of this community was based on value of size/rent price; plus I had talked to friends who had once lived here, or were familiar with this community...they gave me positive input. I'm comfortable in my apartment...the layout and size are very suitable to me.
I’ve had a great experience living at Tramore Village for the past two years. The community is quiet and beautiful. My maintenance request are always answered in a timely manner and things are taken care of quickly.

Need to improve tenant communication. I call, spoke to someone and I place an order on the portal on December 27th 2024, concerning the heating problem. I frozed myself for a month. I got a small heater to keep me warm while someone fixed the heating issue. Finally it got fixed. I hope this problem doesn't happen again.

Tramore Village is a great place to live. Out of the few choices there were, they stood out the most between their staff, the cleanliness of the grounds, and how nice the neighborhood in general is. The maintenance crew is very responsive and gets around to your request fairly quickly. Being in the middle of all your shopping needs is the icing on top here. If you'd like to have a nice quiet place to live with a community staff that cares about who lives in their buildings, this place is it.

Tramore village is a nice place to live, reasonable rent, clean grounds, spacious apartments, great amenities. Yolonda is the leasing office is very attentive and everyone I’ve ever spoken via email has answered all my questions! Moving here was a great choice!
We don’t see how this many people are paying so much a month yet the community is never upgraded or attended to properly. Some gym equipment is broken and some weights are missing its pair and it’s been that way for a while. The “dog park” has always been filled with sticks and pine cones, no dog owner would actually risk letting their dog over there. The breeze ways and stairs are filled with spiders, trash juice and cob webs. We would also love to know if we are supposed to be receiving valet trash, because are some people getting valet and the rest of us are not? The same parking spots have been filled with mud and erosion, including the entrance to the complex. There’s no money to fix these things?
I’ve been here for a while in a classic unit paying way more for such outdated stuff when the website is promoting updated units at a cheaper rate. Communication isn’t the best with the leasing office but maintenance has been good and my building is quiet. Overall, community is outdated and Cortland has MILLIONS of dollars to help turn that around.

The maintenance team here at tramore are phenomenal. Work orders or maintenance request are done in the timely manner and clean up after the work has been completed. Upon moving in, Felipe personally made sure that my apartment was clean and appliances were up-to-date; the repairs were done the same day. On another occasion it took teamwork. The situation was resolved within 48 hours respectively. The quality of work repair and clean up was beyond of what I expected. Felipe and Tim, yous guys are my heroes! My family and pets appreciate yous guys, Thank you.
Tramore is an ok apartment. Very clean grounds. I live near the dumpster and have never smelled it. Maintenance staff get to you in a timely manner. Office staff need to do better at communicating, they rather stick paper in your door rather than calling or even an email( for paper trail).

For several years, we have had a very good experience as residents at Tramore Village. The management team provides excellent service, and the location is great for accessing church, parks, stores and restaurants!
Great place to move. Staff are very friendly and try very hard to accommodate your needs. Maintenance personnel are excellent with repairs that may be needed. We moved from a house to Tramore and they have storage for people who are transition like we did back to an apartment.
I enjoy living here. It's a great place to live prior to purchasing a home, or if you choose to live here permanently.

I have been a resident since November 2018. I love it here. I feel very safe. Just needs a little landscaping done.
This is a great place to live for those that want to do whatever they want and not have any repercussions. The only thing the office does is not renew their lease, which does nothing to allow those that are courteous and good tenants to live peacefully. You should allow good tenants to break their lease without having to pay if they have neighbors that continually violate the terms of the lease and the office wont handle issues.
