Property Ratings at Trailview
I usually don’t like to leave reviews; however, I don’t want anyone else to make the mistake of moving here. I have lived here for five years, and throughout my time here, they have changed management several times. Each time, they promise that they will do better; however, it seems that it’s getting worse, particularly with the maintenance team. The current maintenance team is very unprofessional. They talk badly about the front desk staff and management. When asked why my work, which they promised would be completed, hasn’t been done, they blame the management and inform me that the staff is the problem because they are never at work and are lazy. In reality, the maintenance team is the problem because they promise to come back and never show up. I have had a crack in my living room ceiling for months, and instead of fixing the issue, they fixed what they wanted to and promised to come back later. They talk about the other residents to me and share their business about how nasty their homes are kept. They have asked me several times why I don’t just move instead of being supportive. I find it highly rude, especially with the high cost of living in California/Bay Area. When I brought up my mold issue to the older maintenance guy, he said it’s my fault because I don’t leave my window open. I have followed directions and left my window open since they asked; however, he told me I was lying and stated that he would not come back to fix anything. Don’t be fooled by looks. There is theft constantly, and management will not believe you.
