We are a small, charming community located just minutes north of the University of Arizona and just south of the desirable shops and restaurants at River Road and Campbell. Downstairs apartments offer a back yard, upstairs have large balconies, and both have additional storage space with your own washer and dryer! Mountain views are available from select homes.

Property Ratings at TRADEWINDS
Apartments are often without water or hot water , maintenance is constant as they are completely remodeling every unit so they are loud resurfacing using chemicals without concern for the residents that are living in apartments that are newly renovated. Gates prevent package delivery and DoorDash you have to physically meet your guests/delivery at the gate to let them in. The outside fitness center is a joke. Property is poorly managed with no enforcement of loud parties or pet owners who don’t clean up. Maintenance will have no regard for your apartment and will leave a mess every time.
