Property Ratings at Tracy Creek Apartment Homes
I lived here for 3 1/2 years. When I first moved in the fridge wouldn't keep anything cold and the freezer wouldn't freeze anything So I had to throw out all my food.. I told them and they came out and supposedly fixed it. But once again it was doing the same thing and I again had to throw out my food. They never offered to reimburse me for any of it. They finally got it replaced. Then my washer started overflowing on and off for no reason and flooding my apartment. I made several calls about it and they never replaced it. One time I started the washer and got in the shower and when I got out, it was so bad that it flooded my entire kitchen with over 2 inches of water, it leaked into the living room and to the floor below me. This went on for over a year before they finally replaced my washer! Also the ceiling in the living room leaked when it rained in several spots. This too took them over a year to fix. The ceiling was falling down before they finally said they would fix it but by this time I had already chose to move out. My lease was not up for another six months but I was tired of living in this place where they don't fix anything, not to mention the neighbors blared music constantly and even though maintenance would come out, they'd continue to do it. So loud my apartment shook! Now they are charging me almost $5000 for breaking the lease! The lady in the front office told me I could make payments in the $1,400 early termination fee. But instead they sent me a letter saying I owe the entire amount of the lease!! Even though I know they will get someone moved in within a month. After they fix all the damages caused by their procrastination. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Really seemed excited and has this place at the top of my list. After Rosie pressed and pressed to set up a tour the next day for an apartment of unknown availability come 5/1, it left a bad taste in my mouth that maybe they don’t have my interests at heart. I’m moving from two states away to be near my family, this isn’t just a lay up decision for me and I will take my time to tour areas that are welcoming to me.

An agent lied to me about my background check and told me I was denied for having a “criminal record” when I have not been arrested or charged with anything before, seems like a name mix up or must have been holding an open apartment for someone else. Poor way to do business, wouldn’t recommend living here.

I moved in a few months ago and I am absolutely loving it here. The appartment is close to lots of things and very easy to access major highways. I am finishing up my degree at Owens Community College and this place being right down the road from class has been amazing. The staff is very friendly. Stephanie was very informative and helpful all the way through the movein process! The amenities are great. Having a washer and dryer in my appartment is so nice with my busy schedule. I can't say enough about this place!

This past August, my mom and I moved into our own apartments at Tracy Creek Apartment Community. Brad was so friendly and helpful. He made the entire process so easy and actually fun. Found us the perfect apartments that fit what we were each looking for. Since we've moved in, everyone in the office and the crew are wonderful. Very happy to be here and looking forward to using the pool this coming spring/summer.

This guy (Brad) picks up the call answering with the properties name, but when I address that I am calling to see if any property is available, he hangs up. Pretty obvious, the management is careless and very impolite.

Most wonderful place in the Perrysburg area, i moved here a week ago and the place is quiet and neat . The leasing office has fantastic staff, i reported an issue that needed their attention and the maintenance team was in my apartment within 3 hours. I highly recommend anyone who wants serenity to consider coming over. Amos.

Alright, I toured this place some time ago and, after thinking over the reviews that Tracy Creek DOES have, wanted to share a more "real" look at what to expect here. First, expect terrible internet service. You are only allowed to use one internet provider, and the company that owns Tracy Creek also owns that internet provider. Surprise, surprise, it has the worst reviews out of any provider in the area and most people state the internet will be done for 5-6 hours EACH day. Second, expect poor maintenance. When we toured it had been two months since one of the buildings was hit by lightning and some part of the roof was burnt. When we visited, there was still just a tarp on that roof and the tarp was not secured properly to ensure no rain/water was leaking in to the property. Third, expect to be treated very poorly once you sign your lease. When we walked in to tour, approximately ten minutes before 11:00 AM, another young woman had walked in at the same time. She was scheduled to move in at 11:00. The office manager told that woman to sit and wait until our tour was over. I though that was a little rude but shrugged it off at the time. HOWEVER, when I was touring a different apartment complex there was a different young woman touring at the same time as I was. She asked us where else we had been and we mentioned Tracy Creek. She said "Oh I didn't even bother touring there, I walked in and the office manager was being incredibly rude to a resident over the phone about something having to do with water damage." I would imagine that's probably typical behavior. Now, I just want to talk about the area you're going to be living in at Tracy Creek. It is very quiet and isolated, big plus! It however is right next to multiple train tracks that are pretty frequently used, perhaps once a week or so? Expect train noise. Also expect horrible, awful, inconsiderate drivers on the road. Everyone speeds and tailgates, so if you're like me and get very anxious driving be aware of that as well. Since this last part is not specifically about Tracy Creek, I didn't factor it into my one-star rating. However, the other three huge issues with the property are definitely a reason to stay away.
