Property Ratings at Track 281 Apartments
I would not recommend Track 281 Apartments. First off, the parking situation is a nightmare—spots are way too small and cramped, making it a constant struggle to park, especially during busy hours. You have to pay $125+ for the carports which are just as small. Your car is likely to get dinged and scratched up here. People will still park in your carport spot even if you're the one paying for it. They don't tow anyone despite them always threatening to do so. The surrounding area is not safe. There is a large homeless population and often times I have seen them wandering in the parking lot and looking inside cars. Majority of the time I lived there, the gate was non-functional and open for anyone to drive into. There has been several car break ins, however, management doesn't care because they aren't liable. Security takes forever to respond to a call/complaint. They patrol the apartment complex infrequently. You only get one card to scan into and if you lose it, they charge you $150. The amenities are not worth it, especially with how many people live there. They don't let you decorate your windows/patio. They are very strict on the lease terms and will use that against you any chance they get. There is no leniency. The leasing office will likely keep a large portion of your security deposit, so don’t expect to get it all back. It's clear they try to keep as much of it as possible. The Good: Maintenance is quick to fix any issues.

I live in the 2nd building. The residents on the 3rd floor play their music with a VERY STRONG BASS at all times of the day. Noon, 5pm, 12am, 4am...it doesn't matter what time of the day. Anytime they are awake the music is playing!! They also throw parties that last throughout the night. Overall, they are extremely OBNOXIOUS> It's really a shame because the apartment complex is actually really nice. There is a beautiful gym, a wonderful rec room, a pool, and an outside lounge area. The appliances are new and the apartment is affordable (with free parking!). But what does it matter if you can't have peace and quiet! Unfortunately, I will not be renewing my lease and I really was hoping to stay here for a couple years. Oh well...

Was told their would be a state of the art gym in two weeks. This was 5 weeks ago. I asked again and they said another 45 days. Beware... they are not providing the amenities they are offering. Studio apartments are small but nice that it's new. The apartment complex is still under construction. Still early to give a full review but am disappointed about the lack of a gym.
