Property Ratings at Trace Ridge
I live there for over 2 years and if I ever had a problem with the maintenance guys were always there on time and any problems I had with anything was resolved quickly. The area is nice the people are nice and there's a pool!
I have lived here for quite a few years and the maintenance crew is wonderful. They fix things timely and the right way the first time. The office staff is very nice and will help you with whatever you need. I would have to say that Trace Ridge cares about their residents and are always here for us. It is quiet and I feel very safe here. I would definitely recommend Trace Ridge Apts.
Renter beware! Payed my bills on time. Gave notice before moving. Cleaned apartment top-to-bottom before leaving. Was charged for bogus "damage" to apartment after I left. Was never notified about charge via call, email, or letter. Sent charge to collection company. Now my credit score is messed up. Learned later that this has happened to SEVERAL tenants that have moved out.
On my move in day, that was already set back a couple of weeks, I noticed there were bed bugs and informed the manager. Had to move all of my stuff back out, and come back 2 weeks later to find that there were still bed bugs. I don't think they even sprayed. They moved me to a 2 bed room (and I only needed one) and wouldn't let me get out of my contract so now I'm paying 100 more dollars for an extra room I don't need.
Pool is in terrible shape. It takes months to get anything fixed and it takes several phone calls. When you move out, regardless if you have done everything required, they will turn over a bill to a collection agency in Texas charging you with several additional bogus charges. This has happened to just about every prior renter I have spoken to in the last 6 months. Some of them did not even know about the bill until they discovered it on their credit report.
I drove out to see these. I absolutely loved the area. it's quiet and safe.
I have lived here for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. We have a park for our children, a pool, 24 hour maintenance, and laundry room. The apartments and property are well maintained. We live literally 30 seconds from the mall, all the great restaurants, movies, and stores. The staff is great, they listen to your problems you have and fix any problems that you may have. I would highly recommend these apartments. :)
My apartment at trace ridge is amazing. The whole environment makes me feel comfortable and safe. It's a nice and quiet place. I just graduated from college and this apartment is great for a person that finish school because it's not to small or big. The location is also perfect, it's located close the mall and a lot more shopping stores. Living in this apartment is the beginning of a new chapter in my life.
