The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Township
I have had issues with mail being stolen from the mail room and items being stolen from the so called secured garage. I have reached out to the property management and they have given no assistance. I have filed police reports but still nothing has been done.
The apartment complex has a package theft problem, with numerous residents reporting stolen packages and even posting warning messages in elevators to alert others. I personally experienced theft, with two of my packages being stolen from the mailroom. The thieves even opened the boxes and took the items, leaving the empty boxes behind, all while being recorded by the single camera facing the door. Unfortunately, the package room security is insufficient, and the leasing office has been unhelpful in addressing the issue. If you value the safety of your belongings, particularly if you have children, it is recommended to avoid this place.
Nightmare. Nightmare. Nightmare. Nightmare. Nightmare. 1) Communication. I have a burning question to ask, which is regarding my move-out in 7days. They said they reply in 48 hours. So I waited. When the leasing consultant finally got back in the 49th hour, I followed up immediately, asking a couple of questions. They replied and said they would not reply to the follow-up questions until 48 hours. AND, they forbid office visits, they won't let people in. That means one complaint needs one month to be completed, bc, they refuse to talk to you on your follow-up questions until 48 hours. What revenge on their residents for complaining. Also, they said I will be reached from the customer relationship, and it has been at least 3 weeks since the last time told me so. 2) Security systems broke down. The front gates, and elevator failures. Residents blocked in the mailroom since all the gates to our homes were down. People complained to the management that afternoon, but they left with the issue unfixed and letting people blocked there. 3) Flat tire caused by glass shards, nails on the side driveway. The glass shards are frequently identified on the driveway entrance, and never got cleaned up. I complained to the management because my car got a flat tire when driving through it and cost me $500 to switch the entire tire. The management said they would have it cleaned up, which they never did. 4) The parking is a mess. My place was once occupied by a car that doesn't belong to anyone in the apartment for 3 days. I had no choice but to park my car in a parking lot nearby overnight because the management did not pick up the emergency call, and the towing company said they cannot tow without the management on site. Though I asked the management to assign a temporary spot the next day, the temp spot that they assigned was parked with another random vehicle that doesn't belong. 5) Lost of package. Several-time lost of packages, one-time the package was left unpacked in the mailroom
For several weeks, my packages and mail were missing. I emailed the management company several times expecting the company to at least warn other residents of these issues, but they did nothing and didn’t even respond. It’s clear that they don’t take the security of my mail seriously.
