The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Townhomes@2001
People speeding through parking lot with children outside. First manager stole money from MANY tenants and tenants were responsible to pay same money again. New manager is trying but is more concerned with pets that were already here than the issues of children, people, or pets being injured by speeding cars. Neighbor smokes weed inside apartment so much it comes into my apartment and I'm highly allergic. When I mentioned it to manager he simply tells me, "I can't tell them they can't smoke in that apartment". I still have water damage from when the apartment next door flooded when it was empty.
