Property Ratings at Townhomes at Twenty01
I never have time to write these things. But , Nicole and Sydni went out of their way to help me find a great place to live for my daughter. I was in a rush to get a place, they took their time and guided me those the process. Not only is it cheaper than living at Texas A and M , its first class! The pool and club house is amazing. But best of all, no one lives above or below you. Extremely quiet... you can even bring your pet. It comes with a real fenced in back yard, with grass. THANK YOU MANAGEMENT!

We understand how stressful this process can be, and our staff is committed to making sure that it goes as smoothly as possible. If you or your daughter were to have any questions and or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us right away.
We tried getting an apartment here quick because we were running out of time to find a place. After touring the community I informed them of where I worked and potential problems with my credit. The manager told me she would see what she could do with my credit and that she would get back to me. She found nothing wrong with my credit but then proceeded to tell me she needed 3 months worth of pay statements which I provided. After a few days she then told me she could not accept my work history due to the fact that I am a Temp employee with the a respectable agency. I informed her that my manager would be more than happy to talk with her if she called her. I provided her with the number and she left a message. During this process I tried to get another person to sign with us but she denied them because of rental history. After another day I asked her if she had contacted my manager and if not could she try again. She then informed me that she THREW MY MANAGERS PHONE NUMBER AWAY! I told her why was she trying to deny me and that she was wrong for not trying to help me. We started the application process on Monday because my room ate needed to be out of his place by Thursday. Thought all this time she was very hard to get in touch with and anyone else I talked to wouldn't help me because "they are not allowed to touch each others folders". After receiving the final verdict on that Thursday that she would not call my manager to get an employment verification I asked her why she didn't inform me about the problem with Temp work before she took my money. She didn't have an answer. I then asked her if because of her misleading if she was going to give me my money back she said she wasn't going to return anything to me. The manager here is very rude and a liar I will never do business with this management company again!
