Property Ratings at Townhomes at River Crossing
This was a really nice community to live in, but new management are never at the office, they don’t answer phone calls or say they’re going to fix things and you keep waiting and waiting and nothing. They don’t care at all about their tenants just the money.
The community amenities and apartment amenities are not accurate at this time. Owner is advertising amenities before installing them. There is no sauna or playground. Trash is definitely not included as an amenity. Leasing staff has yet to work a full day as stated by their hours of operation. There is no onsite maintenance. Services are contracted out. It takes a month or longer to have a maintenance worker fix any service request submitted. The service request tab has been removed from app and online to make it harder to request service. Leasing office does not return phone calls if you leave a message. Machines in washroom are not all fully operational. If you’re looking for a rental community don’t bother with this place all they want is the rent.

New management took over in December and things are terrible. There’s never anyone in the office and the property is not cared for. Trash all over the place and can’t get anyone for maintenance to help. Increased prices yet the management running this place is terrible just collecting checks but not fixing anything

Working in property management makes me a stickler for things that the average eye cannot pick up on. Jessica has been nothing short of amazing. Whenever I have an issue, which is seldom... she gets back to me as soon as possible with a concrete answer. She wastes no time with ensuring my home is in tip top shape and treats it like her own. I know I may drive her crazy, but she never gives off an attitude or frustration with all she has going on. The maintenance team is GREAT also They are clean, concise and get it done. I did have a slight issue with a critter once and pest control was in my home the same day. I could go on and on and rave about Jessica and her wonderful maintenance team. I enjoy my stay here and my home is so pretty and comfortable.

I absolutely love living at Rivers Crossing — Rivers crossing is overall a great place to live. I've never had a group of neighbors that i've bonded with where they actually feel like family over neighbors. This was the best decision we could have ever made. The community is nice and quiet, we have an on-site gym that my husband and I use daily. We simply love the staff, Jessica is so helpful and all the maintenance people are really nice and helpful as well. The grounds are kept impeccable and anything we have needed has been handled.

The town homes of rivers crossing is a awesome and convenient place to live. It is peaceful, quiet and clean. Management is friendly and maintenance is prompt. The onsite gym facilities knocks this property out of the park for me. If shopping is your thing there are many grocery stores and various other stores. The interstate is not located far away. I love my new home.

Lived here for 12 years and it has gotten better and better. I have loved living here for the past 12 years or more. The new management has made it such a joy to continue to live here. The community is clean, friendly, and has a kid friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this community 100 times over
Great place to raise children I love living here. It is quiet, clean, no rodents in the homes. The new apartment manager Jessica is AWESOME I have peace of mind knowing my can go outside and play with the other children without being in harm’s way. I am a long term resident, been here for over 20 years. This is the perfect location for me. It is close to shopping, highways, and everything is in walking distance. It is quiet and clean with great neighbors, great maintenance, and is resident friendly. They helped me through a lot of trying times.
The townhouse is nice the nieghbors are great the grounds are good close to public transportation close to shopping
