Convenient location, nice units, and had no issues that weren’t able to be resolved in a timely manner.
i have been living here for almost 3 years. the neighborhood is great all the neighbors are friendly. and courteous. it is a great area for dogs. We have a labradoodle in which we walk him 3 times a day. and see our neighbors on a continuous basis. Also Dolan homes is on top of any maintenance in our home. and is very easy to work with us regarding our home and comforts for living.
We’ve been renting at Northwest Pointe for almost 3 years. We love the community, pet friendly, and the management is very responsive. The townhome is modern, with stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms/rooms are very spacious. It is also very accessible to the stores, restaurants and the mall.
Highland Pointe is in a great location. Easy access to I-80
I lived in the Townhomes at Northwest Pointe. I was very impressed by how smooth the leasing and move-in process was. The townhouse was in excellent condition... like a new build! I never had any issue that wasn't addressed/resolved timely. I would highly recommend!
The community is good and residents are friendly.
The place is a wonderful place to live and the Management team is wonderful
I moved in a few months ago and have had a great experience with management so far. Managers always answer the phones and are eager to help.
