there bums in the parking lots it is dangerous to live here

I lived here for one year and have recently moved out due to the poor effort of management team to promptly address basic issues. Gates are consistently broken and security is rarely seen. My car was broken into twice. The maintenance guys are actually very nice , good people and they promptly service any issue as long as you speak to one of them directly vs asking the manager. The pool is closed randomly for no reason on and off, the Jacuzzi never once worked in a year. The mailbox key took 2 months to receive AFTER signing lease, they were so forgetful I finally had to lie and tell them I get my paychecks in the mail so for them to receive rent they had to get a key and to my surprise it was fixed two weeks later. Anyway the buildings and property are pretty nice looking but management was my main concern,thus, the 1 star rating

This place is terrible. On top of how long it takes to fix major appliances when broken, there's no pest control in the building. I been living here for 10 years and so anxious on moving out. The parking is also horrid. They break into cars inside the car ports inside the lot. Hope you don't have a new car cuz they will vandalize it.

I grew up and lived in this apartment for years. From my experience, it got worse and worse as the years went by. First, the roaches. There's absolutely 0 pest control companies that visit the site. We have roaches roaming the kitchen all summer and we're clean ppl. Second, there's a security guard in site. More like a rent a cop. There was a fight that broke out and he ended up in the hospital. Please don't live in any apartment on the main street. U will hear everything. Parking here is terrible and they will break into new cars. Strongly suggest don't get an audi. Water shut out almost 3 times a week on fixing pipes. They will also shut it down without notice. There's nothing positive about this place. Don't live here.

I really got fooled by this place. They make the front office look beautiful but after I signed the lease, all the ugly slowly poured out in just weeks. If you can handle the new manger ( just reciently fired from another apartment complex and now blessing us with her presence) you won't for like her for long. She has this "I'm better then you attitude" and that's honestly my biggest problem. Other then that expect rent inscreases yearly and less and less from the maintenance staff. Just don't judge the place by what you see. They put on a good show but ask any of the tenants you see before making a concrete decision

i like it it have windows alot and it is wide and the price is unbeatbale and its very good area near everything 5 minutes walking
