The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Towne Oaks Townhomes 55+ Senior Living.
The staff here is great since the new owners, my neighbors and I have become friends. They are really fixing up the property. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
Amenities listed here are not correct. No laundry service, 3 laundry rooms w/ washers, dryers, internet not included, no business center, no game room, no courtyard. Have lived here 9 years & property just gets worse each year.
When I moved in about a year ago I was told all these things that needed repaired, replaced and updated were getting done. The fences are old and falling apart and the boards that are broken are only being replaced so it looks bad with some old and some new. The landscape has not been finished nor is cautions strips. The pool was broken and looked horrible till recently. The property has been bought and sold a few times and not sure who owns it. The cabinets are old and peeling so you have to fix those yourself. The toilets are a century old and the counter tops are sprayed. I was hoping these things would be updated but I was told anything I wanted done that wasn’t working I had to pay for. The gate seems to be broken more then working. I know it hadn’t worked for a long time until we complained. This is my review of this property. The neighbors are great and really like the location and the service guy works as fast as he can but they won’t get him any help. I hope this helps in making anyone’s decision to move here.
Very nice office staff, nice grounds and up keep of laundry and club room. No lights in the parking areas, very dark. Big problem with roached in our unit. Facility is addressing but not getting much better. Several kinds of roaches. Gross.
