Grand Chute is a town in Outagamie County, northwest of the Fox River that runs through Appleton. Meaning “large rapids,” Grand Chute was formed in 1849 after splitting off from the Town of Kaukaulan. The town was much larger in area size back then – as more settlers moved in to Grand Chute, the land split again to form new townships.
Grand Chute is the largest town in Wisconsin. Part of the Fox Cities metroplex, residents can commute with ease thanks to the Valley Transit bus lines. Intercity travel is provided by Greyhound with daily routes bound for Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and more. Local attractions in Grand Chute include Butte des Morts Country Club, Fox River Mall, and Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve. Grand Chute is the home of Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium - home field of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers baseball team – and Fox Valley Technical College. Appleton International Airport is off of I-41, a short 6-mile drive from Grand Chute.

The property manager is very unprofessional she’ll argue back and not even listen to what you got to say. Also if you have kids please don’t rent here cause it’s not a friendly place for children’s! I’m glad my family we move out of this filthy place

Comfortable apartments however I believe they should look at stepping up the security of the buildings with 'Key Fob" entry. As well they only allow are contracted with, access to AT&T Wifi and internet service which has proven to be subpar. My daughter attends a local college and with current circumstances Covid19 her live stream has gone done numerous times.

Me and a few others had applied to these complex’s and it was nothing more then a hassle! When we had viewed our unit Colleen was supposed to show us the unit was busy at the moment with another showing that ran a little late, totally understandable! Then another women had came and showed us and I was very pleasant with her showing and up-beat energy! But when we had talk to the original women (Colleen) we had talked to on the on the phone sounded very rude and very impolite like she had something else better to do! And then when we had filled out our renting application they had denied us all potential renters, and then when just one of us applied for the same unit we had got accepted, which was really confusing because I don’t understand how they will accept one and not all of us! And then they had told us the renting application company had denied us, but when I had gotten back the email saying why we were denied. It had said that it was there decision to deny us! And then when we had called back at a later date they said that the first renter would only be on the lease and we would have to be added as roommates AFTER the lease was already signed. And the only way we were going to be able to be added as roommates is if we passes a background check after the lease was already sign! Which I don’t understand AT ALL and doesn’t make any sense what so ever! And then when we did get approved they said that they needed the $450 holding deposit 48 hours after getting accepted and we wouldn’t be moving in for a couple months at least! It is a very nice community, but office staff is just completely unorganized and very unprofessional!

We're sorry that one of you in your party ended up with a denied application resulting in all of you being denied. When applying by themselves, the person approved did not have any marks against them with their rental, income, credit and criminal background check. The security deposit is standard in order to hold the apartment you have applied on.
The only internet available is AT&T, which is down daily, constantly have reboot router. VERY annoying.
The staff at the office is always friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. I love their community events like pool parties, food trucks, and cookouts. One morning they even handed out muffins and fruit at the exit of the complex so I got free breakfast before work! The apartments themselves are kept up very well. Every apartment has a balcony facing the water and we love to sit outside and relax. The white noise from the fountains allows us to keep our windows open without hearing our neighbors(who are very nice people we just don't need to hear their conversations). We love living here and we have no intentions of leaving any time soon.

These apartments are located in a safe area with respectful neighbors. The grounds and apartments are well kept - very dog friendly. Josh on the maintenance team was courteous and knowledgeable with our requested repairs and assured everything was taken care of. Overall, great place to live!

Brad, as discussed with you on the phone, you had given our maintenance team permission to enter when speaking to our leasing consultant when you placed your service request last Friday. If you had answered 'no' to our request to enter, we would have scheduled a time for our maintenance team to enter your apartment home - however, since you said yes, a scheduled appointment was deemed unnecessary. In what seems like a miscommunication, please use our online Resident Portal for all future service requests to ensure that your service requests are received correctly. Furthermore, we are opting to not succumb to your threats of leaving reviews on several websites if we don’t pay you money for your perceived view of this situation. We’re sorry that you feel this way and we wish that we would be able to communicate about this in further detail, rather than having you post negative reviews to each website as some sort of intimidation for money off of your rent.
Heaven on earth for Kyro and I. If I didn't believe it I wouldn't take the time it took me to write this! Kyro loves dogs and people more than anything!! 600 people in a secluded community of 95% dog owners and dog lovers!? Yes PLEASE! We're sold! Amazing for active, friendly, and kind people! Everyone here is a breath of fresh air! So kind & personable. Living anywhere else would be a downgrade. Private community dog park, plenty of "fido stations" fully equipped with green biodegradable animal waste bags to keep the grounds gorgeous, safe walking, running paths to walk with your four legged best friend!! There's a large updated private indoor exercise facility, immaculate outdoor pool for those hot summer days! Love it here! Seems like four legged doggy heaven! Two tails, and 4 thumbs way up! From Kyro and I! Reasonably priced and high quality! You have to experience & see it to believe it! Home sweet home! What are you waiting for? Move here to blissful tranquility! You would be hard pressed to find a complex as new and clean as this one right here. It is well kept and maintenance was always very quick and responsive regardless of the level of issue. The pond is luxury that I am sure I will never get to enjoy again. The sunsets over it every night were wonderful. The kitchen is small and cramped but probably fine for most people. I hardly used the facilities but the gym, pool and lobby were all very nice. My personal favorite part was the location in the quiet part of town. Located right next to town hall, the police station and fire station you always feel safe and traffic is never busy. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful. My largest complaint is when it comes to policy it very much treats the complex like a business. Without any real reason they banned grills from the property during my stay. After several complaints there was still no budging. Be prepared to be priced out of your apartment if you already think its expensive. It raised around $30 every year during my lease and when I finally went month to month so I could get out, there was no leniency for previous lease holders like the average apartment. You will pay a large fee for simply for being off contract despite previously have a lease and being a good tenant. TLDR: If you have the money and want something modern and comfortable this is the place for you. Be wary of policy changes and being priced out of this complex.

I love the apartments here! I live in the first floor and I can hear my neighbors upstairs every now and then but that apartment living for you. I like that every apartment has a lake view. I can walk right out my patio door and start catching fish!

I absolutely love everything about this complex and love living here. For the past several years I have lived in a few apartments around the Green Bay and Appleton area however Towne Lakes is by far my favorite! I love everything they have to offer here. They have a great pool, fitness center and my favorite thing they offer is they allow me to have my dogs and also a washer and dryer in every apartment! They also have an excellent staff in the office anytime I have any questions or if I need anything they are so helpful. I never hesitate to ask any questions or to call for any type of service request. This apartment complex feels like home! I honestly enjoyed living here and I plan on being here for several years. If you're looking for a place to call your home definitely check out Towne Lakes. You won't be sorry!

I adore living here. This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in compared to others I've called home. It is such a clean and resident friendly complex...I love all of the different social events that are available and It's awesome how they make pets feel included. Front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns. Love that it has a weightroom and a pool...this is a gem of a property in the fox cities!

This is an absolutely amazing place to live in. There is lake-view for all apartments, which is breathtaking. Can't wait for summer to start and watch the ducks swimming in the lake. The front-office staff and maintenance is excellent. Love the gym and want to start using the swimming pool once summer begins!

These apartments suck! The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing. My neighbors were insanely loud at all hours of the day and night. Even after talking to management, nothing changed. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived and would never recommend this complex to anybody. It may be one of the cheapest apartments in the area, and you still get less than what you pay for. STAY AWAY!

These were the worst apartments we ever lived in. Though we lived there for a short duration, there was not a single thing we liked about the apartments. The office staff is very rude and from the day we told them we would be leaving the apartment they became more distant. The did not return our deposit money even after we paid for the lease breakage 1 and a half months rent for which we dint live there. I would never recommend these to anyone.

My wife and I, along with our two dogs, love the apartment. It's a great fit for us. It comes with a great view of the lake and we have a very friendly neighborhood.
I was searching for more than an apartment- I wanted a home. A haven to relax and unwind at the end of a day... So, I searched online. EVERYWHERE and couldn't seem to find something that was classy, mature and affordable all in one perfect, pristine package. Until I took a wrong turn on the back road on my way to Appleton and drove past Towne Lakes... From a distance, it reminded me almost immediately of the place I had in Florida- a nice, but little, one bed/1bath on the 3rd floor, nestled off behind the pines. So, with that being my set standard of excellence, I decided to give it a shot- even though I was positive it was beyond my price range. Not only was the lobby absolutely beautiful and the people very jovial- the apartment I was shown stole my heart in a minute. Everything was so perfect and laid out perfectly. The desk area allowed plenty of office space, as well as book/display shelves above- allowing me to accent it with everything and anything that would induce inspiration. The living area had a cathedral styled ceiling, much like my apartment in Florida- which was a plus in itself. The kitchen made my mother envious, the open counter space and abundance of cabinets and drawers was fantastic. I am a proud Italian and I love to cook- this kitchen was a young Italiano Dream and served as the perfect culinary studio for me to entertain my friends and family. Given the fact that it was a larger, open and luxurious styled one bedroom, I was already sold on it. However, the kicker was the view from the living room. I overlook the man made lake with a fountain, and it is the envy of all my visitors who watch that bad boy light up at night. Needless to say, I love my apartment. It is the perfect place for someone like me who loves a great community, yet also enjoys the quiet life... It is my home and the happiest one I have had thus far!
I love the layout of my 2 bedroom apartment. Roomy. I don't like how noisy the upstairs apartment is. Hear every bump and thump. I wish the refrigerator had an ice maker, but for the most part, I really like it. I feel 100% safe here too, which is a great feeling. The pool is nice and the ponds are so serene.
