My resident experience so far is Great . I have no complaints this is a quiet neighbor hood , great admin team , neighbors are nice . Took me no time to get settled .

The first four years were great even though my apartment got flooded three times but they were very caring and concerned. I recently had to go over a month without any hot water because of the hot water heater and it took forever to have it fixed and they just didn't care. My gas bill was so high almost $300 would normally it wasn't even $60 because the gas was running and I didn't even have hot water and it was in the summertime and now I have been stuck with that bill and has been a burden... I always pay my rent on time and I am always trying to do my part keep these apartments at the standard at which I want to live in as far as the community... It's just a shame that they used to care now.... They could care less

I enjoy living here. Is quiet and peaceful ! The only thing that i believe the apartments could improved is on the steps some are breaking and some area in 400 building the concrete is uneven cause an incident when i was taking the trash out

Chris was a huge help definitely recommend him! The apartments are great for first time home renters to find a spot to start their lives on their own!

It's been great. I just hate how I smell weed from my neighbor all the time. Otherwise great. Everything works and stays clean. Traffic or parking is easy to manage.

Great location, pretty good place and quick maintenance response. A lot of places close by and I’ve Been here about 2 years and don’t plan on moving any time soon.

Would be better if they didn’t get rid of the laundry room within 6 months of living here that was the main reason in our decision to move here . Now we either have to go to a laundromat or rent a washer and dryer

Can't rate too early for this place, place is amazing and I signed off immediately when I saw it, just a lot of cockroaches everywhere, unfortunately.

Everything has been pleasant here. No complaints other than maintenance could do a better job cleaning up around the dumpsters. It takes months sometimes to get a crew to come out and remove furniture and and clutter around the dumpsters.

Frustrated with communication with maintenance and trying to connect with the office. the lock on my door is broken and I have left two messages to have it fixed and the hot water heater is constantly going in the floor is warm and my gas bill has doubled and now I have to try to attempt to reach someone to fix my toilet in the back that is leaking.... The six years that I have lived here I have never had this issue of not being able to communicate with maintenance in the office.

they are all very nice here there very helpful! they help me get my trash and a few of them hangout, i also feed the strays but i don’t like cats

Again, location is great. Place is quiet and peaceful. My biggest issue, the frontdesk is worse. She was new when we talked. She called me saying that my rent was overdue when in fact I just paid. This happened on September. She was saying all the wrong information which I insisted was not right. And then she called me back informing me that I was indeed charged twice without saying sorry. She sounded like nothing happened prior. Be prepared when you want to talk to an actual front desk staff as the automated voice system will make it very hard. You need ton of patience mind you!

Very quiet day pace, nice amenities and very nice places to see around the heart of Gainesville! Sometimes I love just taking a walk along the square since I live right next door to it!

I’ve only been at the residence for a month , It’s pretty quiet. Vallet trash or raccoons are probably the only random/ bothered noise you’ll hear.

I have left here from a 6 years and it has been up and down as far as the quality.... My apartment is a floor handicapped accessible apartment and my apartment has been flooded three times over the last 6 years.. My carpet was never replaced to my living room and I have chronic asthma. There was a leak above my apartment that seeped into my ceiling and that was replaced so it's much better now. But whatever they sprayed the ceiling with got all over my sofa in the counters in the kitchen and on the floor... That was disheartening... But I'm glad that it's fixed.. the management keeps changing in the office employees keep changing and the maintenance isn't like it used to be. I'm just going to be patient and pray about it and hope that it will all come together soon enough.

Area is quite. Fortunately, have not experienced any accidents/incidents from other renters or neighbors. Location is great, near to essentials.

I like that it’s a nice neighborhood and the outside is kept up. The pool is nice to have during the summer. The people in the office have always been nice to me.

A very comfortable place to life, good labdscapes, they respond very quickly to maintenance requests and have a good location, The center is easily reached on foot and in a short time.

I love it so much everyone is nice and people in the office are supper helpful. I tell all my friends they should move here. when I need something they get it fixed that same day

My living experience has been pleasant since I moved in March 2023. No noise complaints, very polite neighbors and they do a good job keeping everything clean and looking good. Only complaint I have is they don’t do a great job at keeping bugs away during the summer. Ants are the biggest problem during the summer time and they are literally on everything and everywhere outside. Other than that this is a fairly nice place to live.

I love my apartment. Quiet and clean community. If i have a problem , maintenance and rental office is quick to fix. Community has stores in close proximity

I live in a good community I have been here for 5 years and plan on being here for a long time a middle-aged woman. My apartment is very outdated but yet the rent has gone up three times since I've been here in 5 years. Hopefully we can make some updates. The pool here is wonderful. The office always responds and that is nice.

Good neighborhood. We have been here awhile. Quiet. Good location. But in terms of maintaining the units, i would say needs improvement in this matter

Well, what can I say? I love the place. It's very quiet and well, I've been here for almost 2 years and I really loved the apartments. I hope they continue like this. Very good. Thank you to all the workers for such good service

Very nice staff, super friendly and efficient maintenance crew. It’s a super quiet and pretty neighborhood with a lot of stuff to do around the fine city of Gainesville!

So far the place is amazing and I tell all my co workers about and I try to tell my friends about and it I would say you should live there and its not far from places and the people at the main officer are so nice and would walk you through everything step by step. It's a very nice area to live in and people are nice around you. I would give it 100/10

Overall a solid experience so far. The leasers seem to be on top of their community, respond quickly to maintenance calls, keep the grounds and pool clean, etc. When we first started leasing we had a unit mix-up that was the complex's fault, and despite having no obligation to help us, the leasing agent Jasmine went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Throughout the process she was kind, willing to serve, and very responsive.

Just renewed my lease for the third time. I love my little apartment. The location is very convenient for me with working two jobs. It’s a quiet environment and all my neighbors are pleasant. Only issue I have is with the other residents not keeping their outside area clean and also not being respectful of the amenities offered such as the pool and gym. Due to the lack of respect, the pool and gym are closed quite frequently due to repairs being done caused by residents. Also, Every summer there seems to be an ant problem mostly outside even though they treat every week. These are all minor things that will hopefully be handled in the future.

I have lived here for several years and have enjoyed it very much. It is convenient to just about anywhere in Gainesville. It is generally quiet and the grounds are well maintained. The few times I have had maintenance issues they have been addressed very promptly, usually on the day I report them. The staff is easy to work with and very responsive to any needs I have had. Living here has been a great experience and I highly recommend it!

It’s okay. Our first home ever w my little family If you’re barely starting I recommend. Other than that not really had issues w mold and roaches

The area is good, quiet and peaceful I would say. but a little overpriced if we look at the bad things that my apartment has. We been having an infestation of roaches since we moved in and mold has grown inside the corners. I don’t really recommend this place no more. I think you can get a better place for the same price as this. Nothing wrong with the staff tho, really nice people.

Location is the best thing with this apartment. Near to almost any necessities. Quite neighborhood as well. Just manage your expectations and you'll be fine.

We love our tucked away little corner, and we definitely make it work. This apartment is falling apart though, and you can forget any support from the people up front and maintenances.

Awesome, comfy environment. Super quiet, and nice amenities. Nice scenery, and super close to the town square in Gainesville, so there are so many restaurants to try out!

The location is great. Near to almost everything, church, supermarket, hospital etc. The building itself is made of wood and quiete old but still good. The place is quiet and peaceful as well. The frontdesk staff is not very welcoming.

Living in a top floor apartment has been more pleasant than the basement I first moved into. It’s a very quiet environment. People are quiet. Maintenance could do a little better about picking up trash. Other than that I give a 4/5 stars.

Overall it’s been a good place to live, the location is unbeatable. Kitchens are a little dated. But neighbors are friendly for the most part. Pool could stay open more

We love our place! Our only complaints are that maintenance is extremely slow if it's not an emergency, and the cats are crazy loud. Overall, we love it here though!

Very cozy and good quiet environment. Decently affordable and a great start for me and my husband’s life. It’s in the center of gainesville, so there are nice restaurants to try.

The staff is pretty great and nice but the pool is always wrecked and to dirty to swim in. One time I found 2 dead birds in the pool filter and haven’t went swimming in it since. Other than that great community and amazing neighbors. Very clean and quiet.

It’s ok. They never fix things when needed but other than that there’s no problem. Everything basically has to be bought separately , washing machine dryer machine. Microwave. But my dog enjoys it

This is such a fantastic apartment community for such a reasonable price! The staff are friendly and helpful and the living space is clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of the city square and close to many shopping options.

Since moving into a top floor apartment, my experience Has been pleasant. Noise is gone, having move from a basement apartment where the noise was unbearable. My only complaint is security Around the apartments. There are no cameras, and there have been several car break-ins lately, at least around my building. One of the vehicles belong to my brother who spent the night with me Christmas Eve. Sadly, someone stole his very expensive and valuable guitar that he worked very hard to buy. I notified the office staff but they did not seem to care enough to respond back to me with their concern. Hopefully management will see this and consider having cameras installed for the safety, and peace of mind for residence here. This has been my only serious issue since moving in March 2023. I do enjoy living here. neighbors are very nice and quiet. The area seems to be safe and is also quiet. I just wish office staff would show more concern to resident issues.

Good location but okay amenities. Near to almost everything you need. Peaceful and quiet. Maybe facilities and buildings need upgrade to compete with new apartments.

I adore my apartment. I feel like we are tucked away in our own little happiness. We really don't hear too much from our surrounding neighbors. Everything is fairly good quality. My only complaint is the office/maintenance staff. There is just very very poor communication throughout their team and to the residents.

What we love most about towne creek is its location here in downtown Gainesville. Not too loud and noisy to be even in being in the heart if the city

The first six months were kind of rough living in a basement apartment where you could hear everything upstairs. All appliances usually worked good with a few dings here and there that needs to be fixed. They were fixed rather promptly by maintenance. The maintenance was always very helpful. I finally decided to either move out or move into another apartment due to the noise. Luckily, the management office in April especially was very kind and helpful and getting me into a new apartment without paying the transfer fee of $500. I was never more grateful than I was then for that. Since then, living in an upstairs apartment has been wonderful, overall it is a very nice and quiet place to live

We just moved from FL and this place is a very clean and peaceful environment! We love it so far ! The floor plan is very nice , we have a fireplace and a high ceiling which is a good touch to the unit.

So far I really love the place! Clean grounds, friendly staff, and quiet neighbors. Looking forward to the pool in the spring. Maintenance has been very responsive.
