New Comers

Our Apartment happen to be one of the better apartments we looked at. Everywhere we went the places looked run down and the office staff were hard to get ahold of. Here the Apartment looked nice from the getgo. I have a Germaphobe/neat freak of a Husband and he found minimal things that he felt needed to be taken care of. The office Staff Carla is easy to get ahold of and if she has guest she is quick with returning messages. The maintenance staff are super nice and always willing to help. We couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

Going Down Fast

I down sided from a 4 bedroom house to move here. I was told that the apartments were sound proof, they are not, I was also told that they did not rent to section 8, but they do. Appliances are old and dated. Rugs were not replaced. The common area is maintained. It has court yard tennis . Rent has increased every year since I've been here. Clse to metra and grocery stores. BEAUTIFUL VIEW..LIVIN LIES HERE

THIS ENTIRE EDGEWATER WALKS APARTMENTS COMPLEX IS HORRIBKE. MANY FAMILIES MOVE OR OF HERE. MILD, LEAKS, AND DARLENE THE MANAGER HASA HATE PAGE ON HER. DARLENE HAS ACCEPTED RENTERS UNDER A FAMILY SHE KICKED OUT. THIS LADY COULD ' FINISH PAYING DARLENE UNDER TABLE DIRECTLY TO DARLENE, SO SHE SENT ME FRIEND TO CREDIT AGENCY!!!! I HAVE NAMES AND SAW THIS LIVE!!
