The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Tower Hall
I love living at this Historic building that is over 100 years old, the best part of living here is knowing that we are living in a part of history but that the property is very well taken care of by a very hands on and caring Manager Lynn. Her maintenance team is always very quick to respond, and I love being able to socialize in the community room, or have cook outs in the summer on the patio. If you are ever lucky enough to be able to have an opportunity to live here, I would grab it because people dont seem to really move from here because everyone enjoys this building. JM
Unique apartments and a building full of character. Friendly neighbors, very well kept and a great landlord. Have had little to complain about because the building is well maintained and managed.
I have a spacious beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. It’s secure, building is clean, community is kind & friendly. And the price is super affordable. Also if there is a need or apartment issue it is addressed immediately. And I love Lynn in the office & she has the biggest candy box ever.
I absolutely love living in this historic, secure bldg. Spacious apartments, with heat included. The inside of the bldg is cleaned regularly and is quiet with peaceful neighbors. Laundry room and an elevator. But there's also a beautiful grand staircase as well. Our landlord Lynn who has an office on site here has been a huge asset to the tenants here. She makes herself approachable and available to any tenant, both current and future. Maintenance requests are immediately addressed and fixed by a friendly and knowledgeable maintenance team. With the owner's approval Lynn designed and had a beautiful BBQ patio area built, complete with a large gazebo constructed by a local Amish farmer. It's a favorite hangout area for tenants to socialize complete with a patio table, umbrella, chairs, gazebo and a large BBQ grill. There's a huge first floor mezzanine available where tenants also gather to socialize and assemble beautiful puzzles together that are framed and hung on the walls of the mezzanine. The spacious apartments are both affordable and centrally located in downtown Marshfield. There's an on-site laundry room available 24 hours a day. I love living here and look forward to many more years in Tower Hall
