Worst apartments to live in. Maintenance is bad and long. They never come to fix it, it take them at least a week to come to your apartment and after a long wait, they can’t fix themselves. Bad staff, specially manager and maintenance guys. Rude and unprofessional. Your expecting to have a nice sleep on your day off, bad for you. They will start cutting the grass at 7-8 am. You are expecting to use restroom and microwave at the same, too bad, you can’t do that. You will loose electricity right away. You want to use pool, again , its more often closed than opened.

The worst place to live. The managment and maintenance is the worst.

Look somewheres else! We didn’t have gas for 4 days, not able to shower or cook. When calling the office to ask questions on how long it would take, was told “information couldn’t be provided to me”, then was told take quick 2 minute shower. Mind you the water was extremely cold. they left a paper on the door stating it would take 24hr to be fixed, next day still no gas, they left a paper on the door stating it’s a “bigger gas leak” than what they thought, following day still no word from the office, until an older guy came to our door stating “don’t turn stove on or hot water” that was IT. Following day SUNDAY, still no word from no one on what was going on or if it was even fixed. Sunday night we decide to check apartment to see if gas was back since no ONE had contacted us in regards to the “gas leak” being fixed, walked in to finally having gas, to this day we haven’t received no word from management to have something compensated for those 4 days with no cooking gas. REGRET MOVING HERE!!! I’ll also add when it comes to fixing things, your better off fixing it your self, they do a HORRIBLE job at fixing anything.

well this is a great place to live if you like squirrels, birds and bugs (i mean colonies) EVERY WHERE in your home, or like seeing and smelling dogs business all over everyday or barking all day everyday, or love EXTREMELY noisy rude neighbors and free range uncontrollable loud kids, or like hoodlums smoking drugs or selling in front of the building, on your car and in hallway, or like neighbors and/or strangers doing laundry all hours of the night, or dont mind 2 weeks for maintenance to fix something, lying about fixing it and never showing up at all, or like having no parking because tenants has 2-4 cars per apartment and they dont move it because they dont go to work, or like toilet always backing up into the tub (even though you havent used it), or like the pool barely opened during the summer hours are 12p-7p and thats if they dont close early or open late or at all, or like sidewalks never shoveled and icy, or like the electricity going out at least 3 times a month, or like buildings and your apartment smelling like cigarette smoke or fish. Ive voiced my concerns and complaints to the office and the emergency number since day one but each person always says to call the other but they are fast to raise the rent every year. also they dont call this the top of the hill for nothing, be prepare for your apt to be on a slant.

I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. From the professional and friendly girls in the office, Fernanda and Janine. To the prompt repairs when needed. Also very quiet, and friendly tenants.

Don’t care about anything or anybody they don’t shovel the sidewalks very well ,doesn’t matter if your going through hard times they’ll still file against you they only want their money and that’s it !!

09/04/17 DAY TWO WITHOUT ANY HOT WATER. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT SAY WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED.

Office staff is great and always willing to try and help out, while the maintenance crew is terrible. When there is an issue, they take weeks to come out- only to look at what is wrong, and then take even longer to fix it, hanging out at the workshop in the meantime, doing things they would be fired for if the managers actually paid attention to what goes on here. The other review mentioned about scott is completely accurate. I advise setting up cameras inside of your apartment if you get sucked into moving here. Not sure why the company hasn't replaced the superintendent by now, but take it from me and don't waste your time and money here. The moment you have one issue you'll regret even considering moving here.

Cant stand the Matience Man Scott have got in numerous conflicts with him he is very UNPROFESSIONAL and makes me feel very uneasy ! My car has been towed numerous times. I have lived here since 2011 what dose that tell you ! The parking is non existent ! have had so many broken things when moving in and they wont fix it with out threatening to raise my rent which is bull. I personally feel like i have no privacy here which is a bad feeling your paying so much you should have the peace of mind to privacy, The Matience people and staff are noisy and know all residents business and personal life ! There just so much more i cant even ! But on a positive note the new office manager and her assistant and the other lady Stefanie that is in the office on the weekend are sweethearts and i felt i could relate to them so much when my car got towed for the 5th time because of Matience man Scott they were compassionate and understanding ! I really love the new office manager i feel like she is people person now only if they could work on revising the Matience team here.

Noisy, maintenance is slow and unpredictable, halls are dirty and worn. Have to call many times to get items fixed.

My mother and myself have been residents here for 30 years. I was raised here and for the last 12 years I have been raising my daughter here. This is a wonderful community to have your family of all ages live. The staff, from the Regional Manager, the Property Manager, office staff, as well as the amazing maintenance staff all care about the property and their residents. They are very considerate of the residents needs and take care of them in a timely manner. We just recently had to do a lateral move from a 3rd floor to a 2nd floor apartment, and they were truly amazing. They made sure our new apartment was upgraded completely. The new apartments are beautiful!!!! It was like moving into a new house. The apartment is spacious, a lot of closet space, plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and bathroom. The balcony's are nice to be able to go sit out in the mornings and have your coffee and in the evenings and just relax because it is peaceful. They have a playground and a pool, which is great for families. The grounds are kept up beautifully. It is absolutely wonderful!!!! I would recommend Top of The Hill to everyone and anyone. Again, the staff is amazing, the complex is amazing and we love it here.

I moved in back in 2010 and still living here it's a great place !! I love my place and my deck I love the fact when it's a beautiful day you can open your sliding glass door and let a lot of fresh air in ! I love that they give you a storage down stairs and also a laundry room every thought I have a washer and dryer in my apartment! I love all the stores that are around!! Love the fact that their is a pool community for kids and adults and you can get your guest a pool pass which is very nice !! The maintenance guys are amazing and very well keep !!! The staff at the office are wonderful!!! It is a great place to live !! Christina Thomas

Ive been living in Top of the Hill Apts in Feasterville PA for 7 years, it's a quiet, low stress complex on beautiful grounds. Security is on site at night, and it is well lit. There is a kids playground for all you moms and dads, and a pool in the summer May - Sept for all to enjoy. The maintenance personnel is top notch, always willing to help you if needed, and they fix issues quickly when you call. The rent is comparable to other places in the area. They resolve issues quickly in the front office, and enforce fire regulations and laws as appropriate to keep everyone safe. You are always informed, quarterly newsletters arrive to keep you up to date. The elementary and middle school are across the street and many areas of shopping for all. Overall, a nice place to live.

I love this apartment complex the layout is great there are one and two bedrooms you get a storage and a laundry room or you can have a washer and dryer in your apartment having a nice size sliding glass door to go outside to your patio or deck and being able to go to the pool! The onsite maintance is great friendly and very helpful As so is the ladies at the office !
