This is the beginning of my 3rd year living here. I have had no complaints, maintenance is always addressed promptly as are any questions or concerns. I feel I was very blessed to find a special to live. Quiet and safe!
Tivoli Green is a fantastic place to live! The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with high-end finishes and great amenities. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. The community is peaceful, with beautifully landscaped surroundings and excellent facilities, including a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. The location is convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways, making commuting easy. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The neighbors are friendly, and there are often community events that make it feel like home. Newbie in the neighborhood but LOVE this property already compared to where I've been the last year. The welcome to my place was very personal and everyone has been super friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the warm welcome!

Love it here! They take great care of the place. Great amenities, resident events, and the location is perfect. I only wish there was a hot tub :)
We just moved into the Tivoli Green apartments. We rented online, because we were living in Florida. The interaction with Rachel and Christina was without stress. The apartment was just as it had been represented when we got here on the day of our move in. We had a few minor maintenance issues, and Paul addressed them within about 12 hours. So far, this has been a wonderful experience, and I see no reason to believe that it won't continue to be so!
Residents parties here are great! Management is very generous with food and drink. I missed the last one but did grab some food later I was busy working out in the fitness center.. nice and warm in there !
Office staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful area, very clean and good vibes all around. Very quiet and respectful neighbors. Very happy with my decision to rent here.

Great place to live, perfect fit for me. Quiet, safe place close to shopping, healthcare and my church. Friendly neighbors and always a quick response to any maintenance issues. I enjoy my patio in the warmer months and the attached garage is such a treat.
I love it here. High quality appliances, noise is low and I feel safe. My neighbors are sweet. Always a parking spot. I feel the staff is on top of things.
I’ve been living here for about 3 years. I really like my apartment but one thing I would really like to see improve is the parking situation. The walls are also a little thin so I am able to hear when my neighbor sneezes…. But otherwise I like the style and feel of my unit.

Friendly management staff & spacious apartments upon moving in. They decided to keep the pool open behind Labor Day due to customer request from prior year, which is nice!

Awesome community. Everyone has been very helpful and polite Everyone is really respectful. Dog park is a great place for my dog to run looking forward to using the pool and the grilling area.
The apartment is very nice, it’s a quiet area. The parking here is horrendous most days can’t get a spot near my building, so consider getting a garage so you will always have a spot near your building for the amount of money you spend to live here the parking should be better
I love it already! Tivoli has been such a smooth move in process and everyone that I have met so far along the way has been warm and welcoming! The gym and pool are great amenities along with the spacious apartment!
Definitely not sound proof. But a nice box fan can drown out the neighbors TV. Everything else has been pretty good so far. The few neighbors I've met have been cool.
So far, a great experience! Management has been very helpful and our apartment was just what we wanted! We look forward to living here for the foreseeable future!
Happy to be here! The apartment is amazing, the grounds are very well kept and I haven’t heard my neighbors once in 5 days. The location is perfect!
If you have maintenance Issue like electricity or anything big Do not hope to get it fixed right away because they do not have a maintenance contact number 24/7 and don’t even bother on weekends to get that done let alone the next day Very disappointed with that hefty price you’re paying for a rent.
Tivoli is a very good apartment. The staff there are very nice. They provide detailed information about the surrounding life and the construction and space in the community. The interior decoration is very modern, simple and beautiful.
The apartment needed to be okayed before tenant's occupancy therefore the moving didn't turn out as expected. Application for the rent was easy and ran smoothly.
Racheal was so helpful and the place is great. We love the attached garage and ample parking. The sidewalk all the way around make it very nice to get the dogs out for a walk.

Just recently moved in and so far we are loving it. The apartment is beautiful and the area is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They respond back to emails fairly quick which is a nice thing. Excited for this first year.

Very upscale residents calling Tivoli home. Walking at night feels like daytime with how well lit up the complex is. The apartments are incredibly sound proofed.
Horrible at snow removal! Promise you when you move in the have their own team however 72 hours later places like Target and McDonalds have clear sidewalks yet guess when you pay a lot to live here you will have to risk falling. Even their office has clear sidewalks. Sad they only care about employee safety.Call the office and you are told to email the manager.
Very safe environment active pet community and friendly overall climate. Maintenance and texted questions are immediately answered and or taken care of in a very professional way!

I am very pleased with living in this apartment, I think I choose the right place. This apartments is very new, and the property manager is very responsible. They update me complex information and requirement via email at all the time, so I can be always on top of what is happening there.
Love it here! The units are so modern. Everything is well maintained and any maintenance is fast and easy. Love the dog park, the lawn always look great and the staff are always super nice.

I absolutely love living here. I am very picky where I live but I am happy I chose this place. So quiet here and the neighbors are nice and respectful. Nobody ever touches my packages that sit outside. Plenty of space for all my stuff. Currently in a 1 bedroom with attached garage. Love pulling in the garage than walking into my apartment. Property management and staff are awesome too. They have been so kind and wonderful to me. I have never loved living anywhere more than here.
Very great place to live, apartments are so new and the service and neighbors are so friendly. you can take a walk around the buildings. For us convenient to shopping and work.
So I just moved in but so far the community has been great. Starting with the wonderful friendly staff and managers. Everyone is very friendly and nice. The atmosphere is lovely as well. It’s nice and peaceful (excluding the construction) and everything is very clean. Looking forward to meeting neighbors and enjoying every day here.
I like my residential experience because the property is kept nice and clean and it’s quiet. I think the gym can be a little bigger and there should be more residents appreciation days.

We moved here for work, and have enjoyed the area and quietness of the area. We have been here for 3 months now and for our family this has been a great experience.
Very clean and easy move in process, they let you drill and hang things on walls which is great and the balconies are amazing, only issue was the bedroom carpet had a pet urine stain so I used a carpet shampoo and it came out so they must not clean the carpet properly between tenants but other than that it’s been great so far
We love it so far, especially the balcony, workout facility, and great apartment features! This is definitely a location that we plan to stay at until we look to get a house in the future.
This is the nicest apartment community I have ever lived in. Everything is new and modern inside and very well maintained. In winter, they are always on top of snow removal and all the residents are nice and neighborly
