Pinecrest has Community Laundry facilities; and Timbers has 2 bdrms (1 or 2 Bath)in suite washer and dryer! and offers Both Brecksville/Broadview Hts, and the North Royalton school districts! Pinecrest offers balconies or patios, and heat is included! Enjoy our Patio/Deck with picnic tables and grill. Timbers is just up the road offering spacious, 1000 square foot apartments only; with a 1bath or 2bath option, with washer and dryer in suite! I currently have some ground floor units with Patios!! and Our 3rd floor units in the 2 bath option; have beautiful vaulted ceilings! We would love to make us your new home!!!
