Office staff and manager are extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not listen, do not care, they will interrupt you and they will gaslight you. There is no accountability. And that is when they even answer their phone. The rent is WAY too high to be treated this way!

Coming from Texas, I was scared to rent an apartment. I've always been in a house. I was not sure it was safe. But when I saw the secure gate and the well maintained grounds. I also saw the security trucks . I then felt safe to venture in more to look at an apartment to become my home. It's been so quiet here and I feel safe leaving for work and returning to a safe well lit parking are only steps away from my door at night. I've also met two of my neighbors who seem pretty nice.

This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had in moving. The application was simple and easy and the staff (Monique) was a delight to work with, she went above and beyond her services with helping me and my brother. The office and maintenance staff are doing an excellent job and keep up are community. I am proud to be a long-term resident. I am grateful to have fostered these relationships. We have great contractual staff as well that keep the grounds and the building well maintained. The office staff does its very best to select quality residents. I have loved my neighbors as of lately. The new security staff is more present and the amenities are always in good working condition.

Timberlane Village has made my move so easy! The apartment was so well cleaned that I did not even feel the need to do a lot of deep cleaning on move in day. I appreciate the staff they consistently are able to answer my questions and meet my needs I truly feel they care about me as a resident. I feel safe and secure in my home. The community is low key and quiet and the security gate actually works! The complex is right next to the highway which is super convenient for me and makes my commute to work easy! 5/5 stars for this apartment.

My 1st floor unit is very loud, there is very loud noises coming from the refrigerator, the AC unit is very very loud and the AC compressor/condenser outside my bedroom window is very very loud . Needs lights on the car ports as it is really dark at 7:30pm.

I am so happy with my unit so far so good it has been a quite community so far and for the price I really like it. Thank you for making a real effort to maintaining affordable quality living... I am moving downtown KC and everything is way out priced for anyone with desires to do anything except pay RENT.

TimberLane has no problem keeping their property fixed and clean. We were given new flooring before moving in and Ive already seen another apartment get the same. Within our first week of moving in one of the other buildings was getting a new roof. They keep the areas by the dumpsters clean and accessible. I take my dog for walks around the community and I dont see trash on the ground. They keep the grass cut and the apartments beautiful. Our walls are painted grey which is so much nicer than being surrounded by stark white.

Excellent care and compassion and understanding for their residents!!! I once even had them hold a tv package for me and they signed it for me and made sure my package was safe as I was not able to be present for pickup

The staff and residents are super. The residents that I have met always have a smile on their face and always say hello. Since the weather has been nice I have been walking through the complex and I feel so safe. I am so satisfied and glad that I moved here.

I can't say enough about Timberlane Village. I'm going on two years and love it here. The property is well kept and pet friendly. The office staff and maintenance team is the best I've ever had in apartment living. Highly recommend this complex!

Do no expect to have an apartment that stays cool in the summer or hot in the winter without paying a lot in electricity, not to mention your monthly rent will be very large and they will increase it every time you go to renew, despite all the issues. If you have no problems with that then come on over. Overwise look elsewhere as quickly as possible!
Timberlane Village is a great community to live in. The office staff is like no others I've come across. They truly care about there residents. The property is well kept and clean. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. It's a great place to live.
