Do not move here! The apartments have bandaid fixes and maintenance is careless. Office staff is never there and will never email back. If we call to complain, they answer in a condescending tone and are extremely unprofessional. During the two years I’ve lived here, we’ve gone days without water, electricity, and now heated water in the dead of winter. We are now going on 5 days with no hot water and emails saying “sorry for the inconvenience”. Inconvenience? You mean basic necessity. We have also received no rent reduction for these extreme issues. During the 5 days we had a major snow storm and now record cold- but I can’t have a hot shower in my own home. We don’t even have a fully renovated apartment, but rent still goes up every year as it ages and things go unfixed after several maintenance requests. We are absolutely miserable here. The only good things- size of apartment and that it is next to a park. Good job for that!!!

Leasing and Office staff are a revolving door of people. The last leasing staff that I spoke with regarding an issue with my lease was rude and condescending. No help and wanted to rush me off the call. They care more about the bottom line than their tenants and it shows. Band aid fixes on most doors, bathroom tiling, and light fixtures falling. Our kitchen light is still partially hanging from the ceiling after maintenance came for repairs and the bathroom tile has fallen off multiple times. Most of the apartments are not updated and the ones that are skyrocket in price because of a "new floor" and "fresh paint". Unless you are looking for a poor to mediocre living experience, if you have the choice to live somewhere else, I would. For almost $2000 a month, this is disgusting. Update: Hot Water is out again for 2nd time in 13 months. Hot water is still out for 2 days.

When I first moved here at the start of the pandemic, Timberlake was what I hoped would be my last move. My apartment itself, was and is, a wonderful space and everything I wanted in a home. While that hasn’t changed, management and maintenance has, significantly! Communication and response was, and I say WAS, outstanding! Sadly, both are a thing of the past. After sinking so much money into remodeling the buildings, keeping the common areas clean is never a priority. Honestly, I cringe when I have guests who have to walk through a dirty lobby and unmopped hallways. Add to that the extremely unreliable elevators! Ceiling tiles missing for months is yet another example of management’s lack of attention to the buildings. This place is such a disappointment!

Great size apartment for a great rent price. All updated finishes. Plenty of free parking. The people and community are so nice. This was the 1st apartment we toured out of 20 and each one after couldnt compare.

Is a good place to live. Is pets friendly. They keep the surrounding areas clean. Location is perfect we have everything so close. My husband and I enjoy living here.

I’ve lived at Timberlake apartments for 4 months now, and while the location is great with easy access to public transport and shops, I find the rent high for what’s offered. The building feels safe, and maintenance is generally responsive, but many of the appliances and amenities are outdated. Overall, it’s a convenient place to live, but the features don’t fully justify the price.

Very quiet community, great amenities, large apartment space as well. There’s a pool, playground across the way and the farm park is within walking distance.

Spacious apartment with your own patio. Quiet and safe neighborhood. All major shopping places (walmart, costco, home depot, asian market), hospital and are nearby. Responsive maintenance staffs. Has a club house where you get fitness stuff, TT and snooker. Slightly expensive than apartments nearby. Internet is compulsory by the apartment (you cannot bargain and/or Not take it) and its speed is significantly slower than it was before (idk if it is worth over apartment residents’ satisfaction). A really good place to live. Extra spacious rooms, patio, closets, common areas are clean and clubhouse and the pool a plus. Ample parking areas. Walking trail nearby that goes to Norristown farm park. Hospital and shipping center in close proximity. For the past 8 years I have lived here and enjoyed it.

Beautiful experience! Great atmosphere and a welcoming staff who have gone above and beyond to assist in my move in. Great views and the accommodations are well worth the fees. Parking availability is always a plus! Location is ideal and accessible to all local malls and shops. The building hallways, mailroom and elevators are all well-kept. Overall, more than happy with my decision to make Timberlake my new home.

Like the people and the pool! Great group of people. Concerned about people using the pool that don’t live here. Not guests just told to come back and visit when they moved! Never had that experience when I moved. Concerned about mice situation but I do see pest control every Tuesday. Maintenance does their best with limited staff. Wish people were more courteous, not letting their dogs do their business in front of someone’s apt., there’s plenty of spots in non residential areas. I like the place, pricey but what isn’t?!?!

This place seems perfect to spend time with my kids. They really like the pool. The move-in experience was pretty great with the staff. The location is also pretty great, being next to Norristown Farm Park and the creek for the kids to explore

Overall Good Apartment to stay. Responsive staff and timely maintenance. Farm park nearby to enjoy yourself during the summer and police station nearby to make you feel safe. All major stores within 10-15min drive.

I love this community. The residents are all very friendly, the office staff is absolutely awesome. The office staff knows everyone's name and their pet's name and which apartment you love in;they just know who you are without using their computers. There are so many residents here so I don't know how they can know everyone but they really do. I feel very safe here and the complex tries very hard to maintain peace and quiet for all the residents.

I have lived here almost 4 months, and so far I do not have a bad thing to say! If you need a maintenance call, the response is so quick! They maintenance people are very nice and respectful. Steve and everyone in the office are great and extremely helpful. The game room is so much fun! The apartment itself is great! Never bothered with noise. Always parking. I could go on! Truly a great place to live!

It has been an overall good experience. We enjoy how close the farm park is which has lovely scenery and trails. Staff has always been helpful whenever there is an issue, which is not often.
