Property Ratings at Timbercreek East Townhomes
The town homes are nice enough, but the management company who administers them are a sorry representation of the state of leasing practices in the area. They are disorganized, callous, inattentive, and the lease agreement is a trap, designed to maximize their emptying your pockets, with very little rhyme or reason, and do not attempt to talk to them. They will not return your calls; they will pretend they forgot your issues, and your unresolved issues will remain... unresolved. Please do yourself a favor and save all the aggravation and the many, many dollars it will cost you to try to end a lease with this people. They are shameless, and I hope the law catches up with them soon.

I have lived here for several years now. Neighborhood is great and stays quiet. Management has changed hands a few times but staff is friendly. It's a pretty good place to live.
