Property Ratings at Timbercreek Apts
This place is disgusting! It will seem like the roaches are paying rent considering they are everywhere in the apartment. Susan is the only saving grace she tries so hard but as long as the corporate guys are there this place will always be in shambles. Avoid subjecting yourself to this place unless you work for a bug research lab.
Love this location. Surrounded by restaurants, mall, car wash, and salons. It has a very nice atmosphere and quiet. Upon visiting the management office I was greeted with a smile and had a nice tour. Pool was nice and my daughter loves that. I would definitely recommend this property.
First thing, I want to say is. The new manager is super kind and sweet. I believe with a little more experience she would be an amazing manager and be perfect at what she do. For the apartment itself, my first time visiting my apartment that I'm about to move into. it kinda had a weird smell to it. But it must of been because they got done cleaning the carpet or something. Also another thing, there isn't any ceiling lights in the living room nor in the bedrooms. Just a little heads up if y'all looking. Its in a great location, wouldn't need to drive far to go to the store. Quite neighbourhood. Overall I give it a 4 star because the apartment doesn't come with lights in the living room nor in the bed rooms. I'll write another review maybe in another few month or so. Rating might change or something. So we'll see.
The pros: We have good neighbors here. It's a quiet place to live, the grounds and playground are well-maintained, rent is relatively cheap (for the area) and it's a very safe place to live. There is a pool which is well-kept, and maintenance workers are fast and efficient. The apartments are older but in good shape. This is also a VERY convenient location! Close to several grocery stores, Westgate Mall, lots of good food, Starbucks, b&N ... the shopping is awesome. The cons: since we've lived here, the apartments have been sold about once per year(!!). The latest management is a big firm in Memphis and they're a little more difficult than past management. We had to sign a ton of lease addendums upon renewal, and some of the stipulations were crazy. The office workers themselves seem to be pretty relaxed, but it's off-putting to have new and changing apartment rules every year.
I am living in a three bedroom apartment here, and I believe that this company's apartment for over a year. I find it over priced for barely any amenities. There is a pool, but nothing else. In short, it costs way too much for what they offer.
