Stretched along the Mississippi River, Saint Louis is the second most populous city in Missouri. Regarded as the Gateway to the West, Saint Louis was the starting point of Lewis and Clark’s infamous expedition. Saint Louis’ most iconic landmark, the Gateway Arch, is a memorial celebrating the nation’s westward expansion.
In addition to its rich history, Saint Louis offers residents access to exceptional amenities and culture. An apartment in Saint Louis affords you the opportunity to climb sculptures composed of reclaimed building materials at the one-of-a-kind City Museum, or watch the Cardinals play ball at Busch Stadium.
Hit the town and catch a performance at the Fabulous Fox, or indulge in some retail therapy at the massive Saint Louis Outlet Mall. There’s incredible architecture to admire in the Washington Avenue Historic District, or you could experience the flora and fauna on display at the Saint Louis Zoo and Missouri Botanical Garden.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Timber Ridge
Very rude and unprofessional staff that ignores multiple attempts at communication over the course of weeks.
Property Manager at Timber Ridge, Responded To This Review
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with our staff was anything less than satisfactory. We would like the opportunity to speak with you directly to get more information. Please call 248-683-2500 ext. 89 and ask for Rob.
I've lived here two years and must say this one of the better apartments units in north county. Great for young families, and you can’t beat the economical rent. Mgmt is great, including the staff. Fabulous location near grocery stores and restaurants. Again, can’t beat the rent!
Let me first say that this advertisement is false as it relates to its pricing. When I called to inquire about the availability of their units, the person answering the phone was rude and her boss (identifying herself as Shanell) was equally rude and professional. It is no longer owned by Khoner properties but by a new breed of senseless roaches.
Ok for a starter apartment quiet surroundings. Other than that I don't plan on renewing my lease looking to move when my lease is up.
