Good community, friendly management. The ac works well, haven’t had much for problems. The downsides is small kitchen space and the laundry is located on site but it’s still a downside to walk and do your laundry and pay about 3.50 to do a full set of laundry unless you need to dry longer then it’s gonna cost more. Overall a good area and decent apartments

This is a great place to live in Columbia. Very convenient and the people are friendly! I like the pool and on site laundry and all the dogs are cute. I like the jungle behind the 500 block apartments - it’s like having nature right there. The landlords really make an effort to make it a good place to live for all residents.

Maintenance is super quick and effective, the sound insulation in the walls is actually really good, and there's lots of parking with good access points to enter the different apartments. I've only had good experiences with other residents, there are always washing machines available to use, and management is friendly and helpful!

I like my 2 bedroom renovated unit. It is well lit and spacious. The service is superb.The staffs are accomodating and helpful. The location is amazing.It is near the church and shopping centers. The people are friendly.

Great community and management, the downside is paying 1.75 for EACH washing and drying and the price is quite high for the space and for the fact you have to pay for utilities/gas. The kitchen setup is awful, it’s way too small, you cannot open the bottom drawer because of the setup. Still a good apartment and community amenities are nice.

It's a nice apartment. Perfect for what I needed when I had to move. It's close to the mall and has several veterinarian places to choose for your pets.

I really like it here so far. This place is in a nice spot. I haven’t had any issues at all so far, which I love. I’m glad the community and staff here are so nice, it makes the experience here so much better. This is my first time living alone, but I’m glad that this place has given me a great first experience.

Best apartment complex in the city hands down! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, maintenance crew does a great job with any repairs! Amenities are better than most other complexes, and apartments are well constructed and spacious.

The place is safe and peaceful. The structure is old but the area is clean and well maintained. We live in a two bedroom with a walk-in closet on each room. We have one bathroom in our apartment with spacious living room and dining area. It is cozy and warm to live. The interior is painted in white color and 90 percent of the floor area is carpeted. I love the place because it is quite.

The apartment is really nice, maintenance is quick to get here and very helpful. The office staff is respectful, attentive, and very kind. They do have quiet hours which is nice, especially for being in college and having to work on homework late at night.

Everyone at Tiger Village is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I really love my apartment so much. My only complaints are paying for laundry, and that the mail system is a bit confusing at first. But they pay out everything for you and are always willing to assist.

The staff were awesome and extremely accommodating. The flats are fine although some aspects are a bit dated (shower taps/heads). But you sincerely feel cared for by management that if you come across something that bothers you enough to raise issue, I feel you would be helped. Only pity is there isn't a furnished option, and some of the top apartments are quite tight to get through. So bringing up furniture is a big mission.

I have been living at Tiger Village since 2019 and had a very positive experience. The staff are always friendly, polite, and willing to work with me if any issues arise. Maintenance always corrects my problems as soon as possible, and the management does their best to host events and stay connected with the residents. The location of Tiger Village is convenient for anyone who wants to live on the West side of Columbia since it is near multiple places to eat, the mall, the ARC, multiple grocery stores, and it is close to Highway 70. It is about a 3-5min drive downtown, and about 10min from the South side of town depending on which way you'd prefer to take, and the traffic. This is where I plan to live until I purchase my own home.
