Property Ratings at Tiffany Retro Apartments
I moved in here in July. First day, people were leaving in the masses with pillows due to no AC. Second, in less than 3 months I’ve made numerous maintenece requests because the building is infested with roaches, I have yet to even cook in this kitchen. Fast forward, my almost 4 year old began to play with the strings to the 100 lb. Blinds in the living room. I replaced them with drapes and got an eviction notice for removing blinds and trying to give them to management! Perhaps they’d rather my son get injured by these monstrous blinds. No wonder people move in and out all the time!
Absolutely beautiful apartments definitely worth the rent. And very amazing staff.
Community- I have never liked in a place that I love this much. The people are family, the place is home. I have a store I have access to 24/7, a movie theater, a pool, a game room, internet, dog grooming station. Most of community, I mean I have never lived in a place that I love coming home to. These people are family. This is home. 15 minutes to the VA hospital, which is so important right now for my dad so he can stay and doesn't have to drive home the same day. Integrity is two minutes away, the heart hospital is around the corner. Target is a street over, Aldis is around the corner. Penn Square Mall is down the street... come on... what are you waiting for? Game night is every Friday... just saying... best regards Carol
We have been living here for a year now and the staff as well as other tenants have become close friends of ours. A large group of us get together for dinner or events almost daily. Unfortunately, It has come time for us to move, but we are going to miss living here very much. We plan on coming to visit often though. If you're thinking about moving here, you wont regret it!
I loved living here before I bought my home. Everything is taken care of for you and there are so many amenities. I loved the community feel and getting to meet my neighbors. I never had any issues and truly enjoyed living here. The location is great, so close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Management is friendly and punctual with anything you need. Loads of amenities you won’t find in other places, movie room, poker room, w/d in units and also heavy duty w/d for comforters etc in basement. Big perk is the access limits that are via key fob only. Uber or Uber eat companies arrive quickly as it’s centrally located. A community based environment where there are monthly gatherings for people to meet others in the building, which has been quite helpful. A big plus is the walls aren’t thin. Hearing people in the hallways isn’t bad but you can’t hear others in other apartments, IMO. I would recommend this place to anyone. I plan on staying a while.
This is absolutely the best place to live in okc, hands down! They offer so many amenities, the people are so nice and friendly. Management is always so helpful and on top of things! I would 10/10 recommend :-)
