The city of Rockport is a small coastal suburb at the end of the Live Oak Peninsula, positioned roughly thirty miles northeast of Corpus Christi. Sandwiched between Copano Bay and Aransas Bay, waterfront culture permeates the entire community, with the scenic views and great access to boating and fishing attracting droves of tourists every year. The nearby Aransas National Wildlife Refuge is a great place to experience the tranquility of nature, and of course the close proximity to Mustang Island allows you to take full advantage of Texas’ gulf beaches.

I have been a resident for 1 1/2 years and it's been a great experience. The property is well maintained and the staff has always been very helpful. They plan alot of activities including pool parties, book clubs, food truck visits, back to school events, and even held a Thanksgiving dinner party. The heated pool and two gyms are a really great addition. There's even a pet care station and two dog parks. You'll find everything you need here, and by the way a really nice clubhouse and outdoor grilling area.Family friendly, safe, and quiet.

My experience has more than met my expectations moving to this complex. Aaron, the manager here has been a delight to work with, not only did he make the moving experience a breeze, but made many accommodations to meet our wants and needs. the property is kept clean and well maintained, and any concerns or questions we have are always answers quickly.
