I couldn't be happier with my experience at this apartment complex! From the moment I stepped in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The amenities are top-notch – from the modern gym to the beautiful dog park. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-maintained, and the location is fantastic, close to everything I need. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the sense of community here is wonderful. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and vibrant place to call home!

I'm a student at UNI and I lived here for only one semester. It was a terrible experience. The apartment complex is very old so you can hear every footstep and it's unbearably loud. People at the front desk and maintenance were taken back at the noise level when they checked it out, but nothing was ever done. I was woken up every single morning at 5:30am to my neighbors simply getting ready for the day and couldn't get to sleep at night- they weren't necessarily the problem. Told management about it and they didn't do anything. The space that was provided from Thunder Ridge was uninhabitable because I was disrupted every single day I lived there. I had recordings of the sounds of the creaking, sent it to management, and they didn't do anything - no response from them and no financial compensation. I had the worst headache from living here and dealing with management. The woman at the front office repeatedly said management was going to reach out....never did. Didn't care about any of it. Not angry, just extremely disappointed. I 100% would not have rented here if I knew how extremely terrible the living conditions were, but the neighbors weren't home when I toured the apartment so I didn't get to gauge the noise level from above. Wish I had never lived here - made my last semester in college dreadful.

My husband and I have been living here since November 2017 and have been very satisfied. The maintenance staff fix things immediately, the office staff are pleasant and helpful, and in the winter the snow is promptly plowed in the parking lots and the street running through the complex. The grounds are nicely kept up, and the views of the adjoining wooded area and nearby ridge are beautiful. I even had a "conversation" with a couple of deer near the office once. Thank you!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Thunder Ridge Apartments and their staff! During my time at Thunder Ridge, I felt nothing but cared for by the team. If I submitted a minor maintenance request, it was done within 24 hours…WOW! You do not find that kind of customer service for an apartment complex. When I was home and maintenance came in, it felt like family. They would ask about things going on in my life. My dog LOVED them! Julie and Sally in the office are simply great. Not once did I ever feel like a burden calling and asking a question. Snow removal is nice! It snowed on Friday night and by Saturday morning the drives and sidewalks were already cleared off. The apartments are very spacious and well taken care off! Great price for what you get in Cedar Falls!! Gorgeous views of the sunset also from my apartment deck!

Absolutely amazing! I loved living here and highly recommend. It’s right by Main Street cedar falls always giving you something to do! The staff is amazing and is always eager to answer questions or help with a problem!

I lived here for 2 years. The property is well maintained and management is great. The one time I had a maintenance issue it was taken care of immediately.

Loved the location, strongly dislike the management. Apartments are over priced for the quality that you get. My oven didn't work the full time I lived there. They also charged me $300 in cleaning fees after I cleaned my apartment before moving out. On top of that, they charged me extra on rent the last month just so they didn't have to refund me my security deposit.

It’s a nice quiet area. Like being in a small town without having to drive 30 minutes to the nearest hub area. There’s some undeveloped land nearby and you get to see all sorts of wildlife. The deer love it here, and so does a family of turkeys!

I’ve lived at Thunder Ridge for about a year now and i have absolutely no complaints! The maintenance men and office people are super kind and have helped me with any problems I’ve had. I have very respectful neighbors and the place is a lot cleaner and nicer than most in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

You won't ever sleep due to over excessive noise from your upstairs neighbors stomping and banging stuff. Management is terrible they don't care about anything but reputation and money. This place was built in 77 or so and they NEVER fixed or renovated the place. It sounds like rhinos walking on creeky floor boards. Ac sucks. Bugs. One washer one dryer in one whole unit for 3 floors! It always breaks. Don't waste your time. I got all the excessive noise on video plus called the cops on them and how convenient they just so happened to leave when they pulled up. These 2 huge ladies have no respect and they need to learn some.

I lived in these apartments for one and half year. Very clean and well maintained property in and out. Very cooperative and courteous staff. Its very safe neighborhood which is a big concern for most people especially parents.
