I live on a fixed income and in between selling and buying a new home. I called this apartment and asked since I didn't earn three times the rent could I pay months in advance. I was willing to go 6 months prepaid out of the 11-month lease. The first woman I talked to was very pleasant and invited me to come 2 plus hour drive to tour the apartment. That was in the plan but only after my offer to pay in advance was okay with corporate. I later received a call back from a different number asking me if I called earlier and I said yes with a question, and she insisted she could help. She was rude and said absolutely not and a co-signer would need six times my rent. That was end of phone call and this apartment! Very few people I know make $7000 a month.
