Every year the rent goes up but the quality goes down. There is never any prior notice about a rent increase and you don't get what you pay for. In addition, they keep getting rid of the people who make it worth staying here. Right now, Tim is the only one left who makes it somewhat worth it to stay.

I've just moved in but so far the staff has been amazing. Professional and polite. The property is well kept and peaceful. Great parking options and when I moved in my apartment had move in gifts in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry closet. It's the little touches for me that make a big impact.

Things that are great here--the landscaping, the efforts the staff makes to create a sense of community, trash pick-up that is consistent and reliable. Things I'd like to see change--resident housekeeping/tidiness. From littering to disposing of items that the garbage trucks are not meant to pick up to leaving smelly trash outside of apartments to sit and ferment over the span of non-pick up days to leaving empty packaging in the vestibule to not following housekeeping etiquette in the fitness center--people need to do better. I don't really know how that gets fixed.

I love living here. The property is clean. The staff is helpful and super friendly. The apartment is spacious. Parking is a bit tight but available. The one improvement I would recommend is updating to an energy efficient hvac system. My BGE bill says that I use 80 % more energy than my neighbors yet my system is set to 69 degrees on the coldest winter day.

I've been living at the yards for a little over 2yrs now, and it's just okay living here. I feel as though ever since the property manager changed, the cost to live here and amenities have gone up or what once was free is now an exorbitant fee. Management from socializing with residents to not leaving her office when there are community events. The Yards at Fieldside Village isn't what it used to be. The only reason it hasn't gone completely downhill is thankfully Jaunita and Tim are still here.

So far it’s been average. Haven’t seen the WOW factor, that makes me want to put the Yards over and above every other place. I also feel “once signed the contract” the extra effort has eased. So far I enjoy the views.

There is no better community or rental agency group. They are very polite and helpful to the tenants. They actually plan resident activities. The grounds are clean and free from trash and debris. Again you can’t beat this community

I love living at The Yards at Fieldside Village. It is a great place to live with nice neighbors and quiet neighborhood. The only issue I have is with the parking. In my opinion, there is not enough parking for all the residents, however you do have the option to pay for assigned parking of to park in the garage.

This is a great place to reside. The staff is attentive to the residents. We have social events quite often. The maintenance person is on it. I love my apartment and the community It’s cleaned daily, concierge services, trash pick up. Can’t beat it.

My lease is up toward the end of the year and whether or not my rent gets raised any amount will determine if I stay or go. Calling these luxury apartments is a stretch. The gym and its equipment is underwhelming, The untreated windows have caused my couch cushions to fade. Occasionally, there are Drifting Events that take place in the parking lot of Ripken Stadium, that seem to go on all day on Saturday and Sunday.

It has been almost six months since I have been living here and it has been one of the best experiences living in an apartment community . I don’t watch TV , prefer reading and I never hear my neighbors . I love the vallet trash and the elevator. The community is so clean and I never have a problem receiving my packages . My neighbors are friendly and helpful . The maintenance staff are knowledgeable , timely and dependable . The office staff are helpful and kind . I love the quietness and peacefulness . Staff is very responsive. Facilities well maintained. But there is a significant amount of construction in the area. Noise is sometimes bothersome.

Only been five days, so far good. Will be able to give an honest opinion later..Office staff has been very helpful in every way possible..Property is well kept. Only issue is parking.

My experience has been good so far. Have met some very friendly neighbors and my puppers loves the dog park! Looking forward to our first spring / summer here.
