I love living at The Yards at Fieldside Village. It is a great place to live with nice neighbors and quiet neighborhood. The only issue I have is with the parking. In my opinion, there is not enough parking for all the residents, however you do have the option to pay for assigned parking of to park in the garage.

This is a great place to reside. The staff is attentive to the residents. We have social events quite often. The maintenance person is on it. I love my apartment and the community It’s cleaned daily, concierge services, trash pick up. Can’t beat it.

My lease is up toward the end of the year and whether or not my rent gets raised any amount will determine if I stay or go. Calling these luxury apartments is a stretch. The gym and its equipment is underwhelming, The untreated windows have caused my couch cushions to fade. Occasionally, there are Drifting Events that take place in the parking lot of Ripken Stadium, that seem to go on all day on Saturday and Sunday.

It has been almost six months since I have been living here and it has been one of the best experiences living in an apartment community . I don’t watch TV , prefer reading and I never hear my neighbors . I love the vallet trash and the elevator. The community is so clean and I never have a problem receiving my packages . The apartment complex itself is fine. One issue is during the spring and summer there is a racing company that takes over the Ripken Stadium parking lot on the weekends, so you hear the sounds of tires screeching/drifting from morning until night. Again, and this is no fault of the complex, the construction going on nearby by starts early(before 8am) and can be very annoying. Any concerns that I have brought to the attention of management have been promptly dealt with.

Great set up , as far as the staff . I have already had help from two maintenance people and the office staff have been very patient and understanding . I am confident that I won’t be disappointed in the decision I made to live here versus a few other places I visited in the area

Elevator has been out of order for over 4weeks. The inconvenience of this is beyond belief and the company just offering 200 off for the month of January is a nice gesture but not enough. On yesterday I had to take my 4yo granddaughter up and down the stairs over 3x to get the groceries and the rest of my Christmas stuff out of the car. For the complex to say reach out to the leasing office for assistance is a complete joke. How do you reach out for help when the leasing office isn’t open. What do we do on the holidays when our family is coming over and we have to get food and gifts up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Unbelievable!

I have been extremely happy this far- few minor issues to be completed by maintenance but all in all great! I am still trying to get moved in, movers, furniture companies Ect.. Parking could be just a bit better but that just means little more exercise! Thank you for being great!
