Do not live here! Neighbors are noisy and play music at all times of the night. Save your money and go somewhere else. The walls are super thin. If you hate hearing neighbors, trust me this is not the place for you.

The management here is very helpful and friendly. These girls definitely deserve a raise. They always make sure to make me feel as if my problems are personal to them. The property is well kept and the pool is very enjoyable on a hot day after work. I’m definitely going to resign my lease.

This place is absolutely horrible, they are noisy, rude, landscapers don’t care about your property or vehicles, place is crawling in bugs, police and neighbors always being loud. Office personnel especially Monica is rude and obnoxious. They don’t really have many amenities for kids and residents. I’d definitely steer clear of this place!!!
Love my apartment. Being an older women, now living alone, was worried about being afraid. Have never had a problem. Very peaceful and quite. Apartmetn has big kitchen, dining room, and living room. Have never had a bigger bedroom with walkin closet. The few times I have had a problem, a maintenance man was here that day.
I have lived in the complex since October it is convenient to everything. There is not a lot of noise at night and everyone seems very friendly the repairs were made quickly and they are very nice men.the ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful.
Woodwinds apartments is a really good place to live on your own or with your family. The apartment is really spacious and affordable. The ladies in the leasing office is so nice and if you have any problems they get right on the problem
I really love my apartment and the complex. the management is always nice, the complex is always clean. other than the walls being very thin, I really enjoy my apartment. I would advise anyone to move out here especially if its your first time moving out.
After moving into Woodwinds I was a little worried because the apartments are so affordable I wasn't sure what I would get. I've been really surprised. The property is taken care of real good, the apartments are great for what you pay, and the staff is very nice and helpful. When my cousins come over to visit their kids play with the local kids in the apartment center, which makes it easy to keep our eyes on them. The pool is great to and it is right by the Swamp Rabbit Trail where you can take your kids to ride bikes or just exercise. If you are looking for a nice apartment, friendly neighbors, and people who will help you fast, this is the place for you.
Landscaping is horrible. Bushes desperately need trimmed back. No flowers anywhere. The bedroom window is so thin I had to tape cardboard to it because it made the room hot. There is no storage. Walls have patch spots all over. Very disappointing& not worth the cost.
