The Woods Apartments

Good bang for the buck.Close to everything. It’s quiet neighbors are friendly and helpful. Living room and bedroom are huge. If you like to cook actual meals this is not for you the kitchen and bathroom are both small. Leasing manager Stephanie is the best. She gets things done in a timely matter.

I went to The Woods today to get an application for an apartment. When I went in I was greeted by Karen. She explained to me the qualifications and helped me fill out my application. Her manager Stephanie then came out of her office just to say hello! I walked around the property and it was very quiet and I can't wait to live here

Not only do I love my apartment I love the 2 office women, Stephanie and Karen, I'm giving my 5 stars to them, they are kind and caring anytime I see them 2!

I love living at The Woods! I have no problems getting repairs completed. It is a quiet area and they are good about keeping the grounds up! Office staff is real friendly.

Moved in 4 months ago the apartment has more than enough room for 1 person. Stephanie and Karen are very professional and very easy to get along with,so far no maintenance problems. Quite and peaceful and did I mention close to everything! Think I'm gonna stay awhile.

Very cozy place to be. Secluded but close to everything! The office ladies are amazing and always there to help. Maintenance does a wonderful job at keeping place looking beautiful. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Definitely recommend!

So far since living here, I have had a motorcycle stolen and as of 02-24-22 I just had my catalytic converter stolen off my truck. They refuse to add any additional cameras to the parking lots and don't seem to care unless it affects them.

Feels like a safe neighborhood. You call the front office and they’re quick to help with any issues. Got lucky with a nice neighbor. Very tranquil and quiet. Satisfied!

Rent is affordable, when there is an issue of any kind Stephanie is on it! If your looking for a uniformed, clean, nicely maintained, crime free place to live, this is your home.

I want to give a big shout out to Stephenie for the Kitchen enhancement, also she is quick to resolve maintenance issues! Stephanie is a caring and a great Manager...

Day 1 issues. Waited to move in cause apartment wasn’t ready because they were still painting and “doing the flooring” so I waited because it’s not A big deal. The blinds were old,yellow, broken but I only wrote “yellow & old” in the description assuming they’d be replaced. We had no cabinet doors in our kitchen since they were still coming in from being ordered as they were replacing the old ones. The landlady decided she was going to replace the shower tiles cause she “didn’t like them” I thought okay not A big deal we’ll get some new tiles, I’ll just write something about it later. The carpets are all frayed at the ends and we had small holes in them when moving in which makes no sense, since they said they were doing the flooring. Since we’ve been living here I’ve had issues with my shower. For starters they only replaced A small section of the tiles so they’re two toned as there are new ones mixed with old. A couple of them pop out A little. The roof above my shower was leaking so we called the office. It took them A while to have someone come out but the guy patched it and I thought that would be the end of that. It started leaking again and grew this pocket where the water was dripping. They came out again and the guy “fixed it” instead it starts dripping at A different place. I call again cause it started dripping again and they said they’d have someone come by but after 2 weeks no one came by at all to look at anything. Mold started forming from the leakage so I called and they said they’d have someone come out. I called and told them the mold came back and they said they’d have someone come out to fix it, about A month or so goes by. They only came after I had my older sister go to the office with me because I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously. My sister mentioned my blinds and they sent someone to fix the blinds. They only replaced A few but I didn’t notice until afterwards when I went to shut the patio blinds and they started falling in random places. My shower started leaking again after this incident, I call & they repeat the same treatment. The mold is coming back AGAIN and the paint is all messed up in that area.There’s this plate above the shower used for the maintenance to & it falls down all the time so now we have it in the supply closet so that it doesn’t fall on anyone when they shower. 1 of the times they came out was cause our neighbor upstairs told them their shower was leaking and they only came to check because of that.

It's close to groceries, gas, a movie theater, and work. I feel like I'm settling in and that I could stay here for a while. I like all the trees. Louisville, Ky is a Tree City so I like that since I'm from there. The Woods is just 20 minutes away from Louisville so that's another plus. Happy to be here.

The complex provides a nice living space with an easy commute to work. The title “The Woods” fits given all the trees and the short walking trail through those trees that takes you straight to Meijer. I’m from Louisville, Ky which is a Tree City so I appreciate that. The Woods is close to everything you need from stores and gas stations to the Xscape Theatre if you’re into movies. It is situated close enough to Louisville that if you need to venture there the trip isn’t very long. It is a quiet community with no real problems so far. I had some trouble adjusting to being in an apartment again and being new to Indiana I was filled with a great deal of anxiety. To some extent I still suffer some anxiety. It’s possible it’s just not the right place for me because this complex is fairly nice. I refuse to bow to pressure to write anything here other than what I think is right.

I wasn’t looking for Karen when I came to live at The Woods but I am glad I found her. She was the manager at the former place I lived. Everyone has been really great!

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to respond to work requests. This property is always so clean and seems to be well kept. The location is so close to everything from shopping to restaurants. What more could you ask for?

I have a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom here, and I love it. It was very clean and everything worked great when I moved in. They do monthly maintenance walkthroughs, pest control every 3 months. It's a very spatious and well kept complex.

I love my apartment community ! I have been here for about 3 years, the office and maintenance staff are very on top of things. It seems like they are always looking for ways to make things better. Its very private here and there is not much traffic.

This doesn't really "feel" like an actual apartment one would think of because of all of the surrounding woods. It is neat to see the fox roam the field behind my townhome. The hawk flies over us quite frequently. I saw a fawn a few weeks ago. Stays quite because nobody really knows we are back here. Convenient location neat to gas stations, my bank, interstate,and grocery. I am not getting ripped off and can afford to live here on my teacher's salary. I recommend The Woods.

I absolutely LOVE living at The Woods! It is very well maintained, it is quiet and the neighbors are great. I really thought I would have a problem adjusting to an apartment community after living in the country for 3 years and single family housing for years before that but that couldn't have been further from the truth. Thank you for providing such a nice place to call home.

Thank you for the beautiful new bathroom. You all do an outstanding job with updates and it looks very nice. I did not have any complaints during this process. Everyone in my apartment was very professional and efficient. -Tom

You guys are just amazing that's why I have been here so long. I call with a broken refrigerator and within 15 minutes Doug was here and in less than thirty more minutes I had a new refrigerator. Thank you so much!

I’ve lived here with my significant other for a few months and we really enjoy it. The staff is great and the complex is very well taken care of. This is our first time renting and we’ve been pleasantly surprised by how smooth things have gone. 5/5 would recommend.

Management and maintenance are both top notch. Great place

Very private place with great staff. I would highly recommend The Woods and any locations from Research Properties, as we viewed many during our search. This location was the best fit for us and we have had zero complaints during our stay.

The Woods is continually updating and I am grateful for the new washers and dryers in the facility! They are so nice.

Two bedrooms, one whole bath, half bath and a lovely kitchen. Renters can get hard wood floors for the kitchen and livingroom. The most beneficial aspeat of these apartments is the regular maintenance. Also their is a park and pool for families!

Older construction means more issues and upkeep. Bugs from the surrounding nature are here to stay. Management and maintenance are nice enough...
