Property Ratings at Acres Crossing Apartments
I have been living in this apartment for almost 7 1/2 years now. It is a very quiet and diverse apartment complex. My neighbors are amazing. We look out for each other here. Ed is the property manager here but he also helps out in the complex wherever he sees it’s needed. I would absolutely recommend living here!
I lived here for a year and have no complaints! I’d there was ever a need for maintenance, or any multitude of questions about my rental, Ed in the office was always available and more than helpful! Any problems on my end were met with empathy and care to ensure I had the best experience as resident at Acres Crossing! Highly Recommend!
Pros: -responsive maintenance -decent amenities -relatively clean Cons: -noisy building, can hear 3rd floor tenants dragging furniture and stomping around, random slamming, dogs barking - all from the ground floor. -annoying, loud disrespectful tenants who smoke cigarettes in the building even though it's allegedly a non-smoking building -constant knocking sound coming from the ceiling that will drive you insane -way too expensive rent considering how crappy this building terrible experience living here. wouldn't recommend at all if you enjoy quiet living.

It has been quiet and never any issues. Staff is always quick and nice when responding. Have rented elsewhere several times due to job changes and management usually is typically not available. My Manger here has always checked if all is good, always on property. Improvements have been non stop and can’t wait for one in my building to be updated.
Great place & all the improvements made by the new management have been wonderful. The property manager is great & quick to respond.
I’ve called this place home for almost a decade now. The location is perfect, close to 224 and 77. Management cares about the property and its residents. Ed and Eric are great!! Many upgrades have taken place the since new management company took over, new security surveillance system, new lighting, landscaping, buildings and units are undergoing renovations. It’s a clean and safe place to live.
This place is perfect for me. I have lived other places and I have not found a place until now that is more perfect for me. However this is a lot of remodeling going on but that is good. updates are beautiful. One day I seen the workers working on a unit and I took a look and couldn't believe how wonder it looked. So yes I will be looking forwarded to having the updates . I have never had a property manager and staff care so much . It is nice to have Ed and the staff here. I will be baking some cookies soon to show my appreciation to them
Very safe and the apartments are spacious. I would recommend this to anyone looking for apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms
These apartments are great! My family and I lived here for 2 and a half years and it was a great experience. Ed and Eric are always on top of things and it was quiet and peaceful. When things need done they are right on it. I would recommend this place for anyone. ??
I have been a longtime renter and I love it here. The property is well maintained and the property manger Ed is wonderful to work with, very kind and courteous to everyone if you have something that is in need he will make sure it’s taken care of and that you are satisfied The property is going through many updates and it looks amazing. The maintenance crew is very respectful and prompt to your needs. I am happy to call this my home
I've lived here for ten years. The office staff is friendly. The apartments are well maintained, as is the grounds. Rent is good considering the only utility is electric. Neighbors are quiet as is the neighborhood even theirs down the street from Amazon. I highly recommend living here. Just wish the pool was open during the summer months. I'm only moving to be close to family.
A quiet neighborhood. Well maintained with one low cost utility (electric). Friendly neighbors and helpful friendly staff. Two laundry rooms per building. Near schools and on the public transportation line. Yet walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and conveniences.
