Property Ratings at The Woodlands Apartments
Apartment managers are both VERY rude and nosey. First day we moved into here our locks to our doors were so messed up we put our key in and it got STUCK! we weren’t able to get into our apartment, when we called emergency line they said it wasn’t an emergency and couldn’t help us. the site is infested with roaches and spiders. we have only been living here a month and we were eating dinner and a roach ran across our table while eating. the toilets get clogged at least once every day, and there’s no lights in the room but there’s light switches lol. don’t bother coming here
I've lived here for here for over a year now. I really like it. There are so many trees! Everyone who comes to my apartment points that out. Its really beautiful here. We've had red tailed hawks nest here! Lost of lovely birds all year. I haven't had a problem with roaches or bugs of any kind. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors sometimes but that's just part of living in an apartment. I love that all the units have a washer/dyer. They are TINY but do the job. I don't think you can get a nicer two bed, two bath for the price. I would definitely recommend living here.
I lived in the woodlands for 2 years and it was headache after headache. Site manager is extremely rude and MULTIPLE times went into my apartment without permission. We scheduled my exit walkthrough, and I called to say I was running late and she told me she did it 2 days prior. I showed her the paperwork with the date we agreed on and she just shrugged it off and said her side said the date she went in on but offered no proof. About 9 months earlier, I had keys to the security door and not the wooden door and got home and both were locked. Contacted management to try and understand who was in my apartment and why AND TO BE LET IN, and to no surprise the office was closed. Office hours are supposed to be from 8-4:30 M-F but it’s a miracle if they’re there past 2pm daily. So unprofessional. Not to mention my car was broken into AND someone siphoned out my gas TWICE. Would never recommend living here. Save yourself the headache and FEAR or people coming into your apartment whenever they want.
This complex is tucked away, off the beaten path, yet it is very close to shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. These grounds are full of evergreen trees. I feel as though I am in the mountains. In the winter time when I use my fireplace, that wonderful smell fills the air. This feels like a cabin in the mountains. I have two patios, two bathrooms and a built-in stacked washer and dryer. Yeah, this place is pretty wonderful!
Manger is very unpleasant and nosey!!! I was never behind on my rent and never caused any problems. The manager let herself and others into my apartment without my permission and then lied about it. She tried to tell me who I could and could not have in my apartment. There are huge roaches and spiders all over inside and outside the apartments!!!! I would never recommend anyone to move in here!
great place to live. its close to stores i need to go to and my work is close too. It has two pools and its has a nice mountain look around the complex.
I love living in The Woodlands community because it's wonderful all around. The single level apartments are very spacious. There's stackable washer and dryers in each unit. A fireplace to keep you warm in winter. The staff is amazing and helpful. Any repairs that may be needed are almost done immediately. The grounds are maintained immaculate. Most important is you feel safe and a sense of belonging in a friendly community.
It's a good complex, I've lived here for about a year, and they have always met my needs as soon as any came up. My power bill went way way up in the summer, I'm not sure if it is because of the old ac unit or what but it can be very expensive here in the summer. But for the price and the area, the Woodlands are a really good choice. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
We have been working with Maria at the Woodland apartments to get into a one bedroom apartment. She not only kept me informed once an apartment came available, but once I put in an application, she walked me through the paperwork and took all the time I needed to explain things to me. I havent moved in yet, but so far the experience has been a good one.
I move every couple years to a different apartment, I'm hoping to stay here as long as I can. Its a great complex in a great little area. The neighbors and people here are so quiet. Any maintenance issue I've had has been fixed right away and the office staff always calls me back on time. I love the layout of my apartment, the walls actually have some color. My unit has a washer and dryer, two bathrooms and two patios. Couldn't be happier with the space. I also love that my car port isn't too far away from my apartment. The pool is always clean, gardeners come on Friday mornings. Mailboxes are right by the rental office. All in all I would recommend living here. You can tell the atmosphere is just better than most places and people are happier.
Office staff is friendly and cares about my needs. The kitchen appliances are a little outdated, but they work fine. The grounds are maintained and it's nice to have trees and flowers outside my window. It's a great price for the location. I would recommend living here, no problem.
We lived here for just over a year. It was a great place to live. I recommend the single level places. If you opt for a yard there are great lawn care people who come take care of it for you.
The best price and place to live quiet and not to far from schools and parks and will save on ac during the summer
