The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Woodlands Apartment Homes
The staff is never really informed about the property or the policies. The appliances and apartments (bathtubs, dishwashers, countertops, etc. look old and are just patched up. The place is falling apart. The staff is SUPER RUDE and they never take responsibility for their mistakes.
This place is horrible. The property manager is extremely rude. The workers and maintenance don’t know what they’re doing either. They do quick fixes instead of spending money to fix the issues so it doesn’t happen again. It’s dirty and they don’t care about you unless you don’t pay them. Don’t rent here.
I currently live here, going on three weeks right now, and this is the WORST place to live!!! The manager is nice until something isn't going smooth. There are so many things wrong with my townhome that should have been done in the make ready, but all i've heard is excuses. The maintenance has already been here about 4 times since we've lived here because it gets between 78-80 degrees in here!! My daughter is 1.5 and shouldn't be sweating but the manger and regional could care less because they don't have to live in these conditions. They do not update anything, just take your money and say they don't have any to update which is total bullshit. We don't deserve to live in a place where we sweat all day, me being at home majority of everyday!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! I have stains all over the carpet in here from previous renters and the bathroom sink vanity party is covered in some pink stained nasty stuff. This apartment wasn't even cleaned when we moved in and we have had ROACHES in this nasty place!!!! The managers won't even work with you to get out of a lease just say sorry and still take your money even though you are unhappy but they don't care because it isn't them!!! They told me to skip out of my lease (break it) What kind of management says that!!! This place should be closed down or sold to weidner property management because at least they work with you!!!!

Ms. Hawkins ? Thank you for your review. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me last week. We have checked our air conditioner and it is working properly. Unfortunately, Odessa and the rest of the nation are experiencing record high temperatures this summer. Air conditioning units are working hard to cool everyone?s space. I am sorry for the challenges you mentioned. As these items were not mentioned during our call, I did pull your move in inspection to see if these items were mentioned which would let me know you had a bad move in experience. None of those items were listed. When we spoke I mentioned the lease termination option, or the option for you to vacate the unit without notice. On our call we also discussed that vacating without notice may result in our rerenting the unit. We discussed all available options for you to choose. Thank you for providing your feedback. We value the feedback we receive. Stacy, Regional Manager
When I first moved into the apartment, it looked like the apartment hadn't been cleaned, everything was dusty and it had a weird smell to it. I rented a carpet cleaner from Lowe's and cleaned the carpet myself to find that I had to dump the water 3 times because it was BLACK. They are really slow to resolve maintenance issues. My A/C broke at least 4 or 5 times and it would take weeks for them to fix it. They "claimed" they had fixed it but did nothing new to resolve the issue because it kept reoccurring. Never got to use the pool because it was always moldy and green because no one ever cleaned it. When I moved out I gave them a check a few days before my move out date for the reletting fee and last months rent. I moved out over 3 weeks ago and they are BARELY cashing the check. I recently switched bank accounts and just got an email from them saying that the check bounced and I now have to pay a $50 returned check fee all because they didn't cash the check when I originally gave it to them. These apartments were a bad experience and they are just out for your money.

We are very sorry that you experienced some maintenance issues while you lived here. Had we known when you moved in that you were not satisfied with your carpet cleaning, we would have sent the cleaners back in to re-clean your carpet for you. Sincerely, Rita Community Manager
