Lived here over a year and they are absolutely terrible when it comes to maintenance and repairs. Playground is an absolute joke as well

Owners are personable, rent is great, maintenance is immediate & professional, compound is neat and clean, apartments are up to standard, parking lots are large, management and leasing office staff are the greatest and environment is calm and relaxing.

This property is more than excellent. It saved my life. After living on the streets for a brief period of time, I was able to afford this reasonably priced apartment. The landlords are great, they listen to whatever issues I may have and work with me to fix it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The landlords refuse to fix or clean anything. I had to hire someone to come wash the outside of my windows and balcony which were covered with grime from years of neglect. appliances can take weeks to fix. They do not refund lost money in the coin operated washers and dryers. They turn your heat off and don't turn it back on until October. The hot water doesn't warm up until after 6:00AM. Some of the buildings have had carbon monoxide leaks. They neglected their power supply and lost buried cables 2 years in a row. The maintenance people will come into your apartment while you are sleeping or in the bathroom. There have been numerous visits by the sherriffs for prostitution and drug sales. Cars have been found on blocks with their wheels stolen. Take your time and find a decent place to live!

I am writing on behalf of my daughter who rented an apartment from you a few months back. It is not easy to rent an apartment from out of town and certainly never easy to send your child to an unfamiliar area. We put inquiries into several different places and could believe the amount of places that we never heard back from. Your Property Manager was quick to respond and quick to offer answers as well as pictures.I could not make it with my daughter to see the place but her father relayed how pleasant their experience there was and how quick the process was so that they did not have to make multiple trips. We just wanted to say Thank You.

I recently viewed a 1 bedroom apartment home at The willows. I must say that I was very pleased with the office manager,Ashley. She was very patient with me as I explained I don't use the computer normally. Not my favorite form of communication. She returned my emails and call's promptly. Answered all questions and was very informative. Although I found the apartment to be much to small for the price. My experience was pleasant looking for a home can be very stressful. My experience with the Property and staff has been nothing but wonderful. I have only lived here a few short months but have already received a letter asking how my stay has been and haven't needed any maintenance. I have met several people who work here and everyone has been very polite.

Called to schedule a tour, showed up and was told that the apartment we were interested in was already rented. Landlord claimed to have left me a voicemail explaining the situation, but I did not receive a voicemail. Staff was rude about the situation and seemed to care less that we took time out of our day to drive to the complex. A member of management was also threatening someone on the phone when we arrived. Based on my experience at this establishment, I would NOT recommend these apartments to any of my friends. I wish that management had the decency to be honest instead of lying to us about the situation. Such a shame that landlords can get away with treating prospective renters in this manner. My roommates and I will be taking our business elsewhere!

I love it here.I have never had a problem ,that they didn't take care of within 24 hours.When I moved in my sofa wouldn't fit thru the door and they helped ,to make it fit thru the door.It is clean and the rooms are very spacious.Thank you for a great place to live!

During our stay at these apartments, for 4 years, we had no issues with maintenance needs. We did have limbs from untrimmed trees fall on our vehicle in the parking lot, and being handicapped the one handicapped spot available, was always taken by non handicapped. Several requests for the "courtesy" dryer in the laundry area to be repaired, went unanswered. At the time of lease, we inquired if smoking was allowed in the apartment, and they said yes, and nowhere in the lease did it say otherwise. When we moved out in May 2016 after giving the required 30 day notice, we were informed 24 days later (after several messages were left asking about our deposit) that we were being charged the full deposit of $750 for cleaning of walls, carpet, refrig and stove. Yes walls had nicotine and probably carpet as we only vacuumed it while living there, no shoes were ever worn in the apartment. Refrig was clean, stove had some stains in the oven.... not used very much. Beware. Am waiting for the breakdown of services, but we were expecting maybe $200 off the deposit for cleaning walls (tiny 1 bedroom apt.) and shampoo of carpet. Also, we paid our rent on time or early EVERY month for 4 years and are a quiet older couple that minded our own business.

The Willows is a very quiet and safe place to live. The office staff is very helpful and diligent to take care of any problems. However, many of the residents smoke, so the buildings often smell strongly of smoke. The hallways and apartments have another odd smell that is hard to get rid of and humidity is an issue.

Great, big, spacious, affordable, apartment. But with all of the willow trees come all of the darn spiders... I am NOT a spider person. Especially when they make my vehicle their home. Ahhh!!
