The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Willows at Clearfield
The washer in the laundry rm is never working. The rinse cycle does not work correctly. It does not spin dirty water out. Rinses your clothes in the same water they are washed I'm. Management says it's the tenets responsibility to get in touch with the company to fix it. Management says this is a non smoking facility but yet I see the maintenance man smoking every day. I got threatened with eviction because my guest was outside smoking. Different rules for different people. She didn't say anything about smoking when I signed the lease. When I moved in a year ago the appliances were old so old the stove is rusted they painted the refrigerator. The dishwasher is not working working correctly. If you say anything to management you get this whole attitude. I am disabled and the apartment should be better then this the state helps pay my rent. The air and heat when on blows out dust.My vents are always filthy. Dirty water running down the wall coming from the vents. This is just like living in some kind of controlled facility. You can't do this you can't do that. Management is like a warden. Ridiculous.
Don't move in building 145 because we still have a mice problem.
