The Willows Ashley Park

From my initial outreach to the Willows staff to my move in day, the staff have been extremely friendly, intentional, and accommodating! The staff worked with me to find a layout that matched my needs and price range. My apartment is spacious and a great fit for my lifestyle. The grounds, facilities, and property are taken care of very well, everything is clean and neat. The amenities offered are in great condition. I enjoy the sense of safety and community within the complex. It is very conveniently located in town.

The overall moving and application process was made easy and Laura was a huge help.

After researching for 3 months locations for houses and apartments, my decision came down to The Willows because of the leasing office was super amazing, thank you Maggie, the apartment is super beautiful and the overall pricing and availability was good based off of others around this area. Moving to Newnan, there is no other apartment complex I would want to live at other than the Willows. The landscaping is top notch and the management team truly maintains the property very well. We love living at The Willows and will be renewing!

The advantage of this place is the location, is a calm place where you have many places of interest very close to it, I really like living with many trees and nature around me, the flowers on the entrance of the condo makes it special .

The Willows at Ashley Park is a really nice community in the Newnan area. Their amenities are kept up with, friendly/ helpful staff, conveniently located near Ashley Park, grocery stores, etc. my family and I have enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

If you are thinking of leasing here, think hard and do not do it. I lived at The Willows for almost 3 years. I leased originally because the price was good, the location was where I wanted and it was a nice looking apartment. However, the first year living there, we found mold all in my daughter's bedroom. When I showed them, they did at least give me the option to move to a different unit. Although, they did admit there was mold, they blamed me for causing it, they said I should have run the air conditioner in the Winter time to keep the air flowing. It was not just a small amount of mold, it was all over the walls in my daughter's room. They also charged me extra to move. Every year that I lived here, the rent went way up. They do not return phone calls either. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phones. The payment portal does not work either. I had renter's insurance through my outside insurance agent the entire time I lived there and the portal always charged me extra on my rent stating that I did not have renter's insurance. This extra charge caused my automatic payment through the portal to be declined. Then they would not accept my auto pay. They would then only accept a cashier's check which is an extra charge to get through the bank. Also, the time that I had to take out of my schedule to go to the bank to get the cashier's check

Great location, great apartment. Everything I needed.

No community is perfect. But there is room for improvement. Apartments are good but could be better with better pest control, and make sure your long term renters want to stay and are satisfied with their units.

Wonderful, clean, upscale community that’s literally right next door to shopping and restaurants, yet still feels secluded.

Living in the Willows at Ashley Park has been great. No issues. Office staff and maintenance are amazing and the community is always kept clean and functional. I enjoy the location and trails around the community.

I have had a terrible experience with this place. I applied back in August and after submitting the application fee, I couldn’t get ahold of them for an entire week. I called and emailed everyday and no would responded. I legitimately thought this apartment was a scam for that week. Finally a week later someone answered one of my 3 attempts to call them that day. I said I wanted to be refunded because I was seriously concerned about their poor communication. They told me I would be refunded. 3 days later I get a notification that a credit check was run and they contacted me to tell me they messed up how they entered my address and that’s why the application took so long to process. I have no idea why they bothered processing my application 3 days after I asked for a refund. Clearly a lack of communication on their end. It took months to get refunded. The cost to apply was $320. So far I have been refunded $240 but as of Dec 1 I have still not been refunded the remaining $80 for the second applicant. They are so difficult to get in touch with. This process has been a nightmare. Thankfully I found a different apartment in Newnan that is very responsive.

I feel that this apartment is in a very good location and is ideal for shopping. It's also close to the highway, so commuting is easy.

I really enjoy Willows at Ashley Park, I love how clean the common grounds are.not a lot of noise outside. Great location

The Willows is a very great place to come home to on a daily basis. They repair anything in a very quick manner Ive noticed. The dumpster area is always cleaned up before the end of the day. Very quiet during the day and night.

From the moment we met Alice in the front office, we felt right at home. She was kind, knowledgeable, and patient through the whole process. She helped us find the perfect apartment for our family and dogs. We couldnt be happier with everything and love how clean and quiet it is here. Its very family friendly.

Love the community here. Nice place to relax and all the neighbors are friendly. Haven't got to enjoy pool yet because we moved in at the end of the summer last year - but looking forward to that as well.

The Willows At Ashley Park is a very attractive community and the staff are wonderful. If you enjoy quiet surroundings and woods, this is the place to live.

Overall this is a great family friendly environment. We have lived here for 4 years now and we have never had a truly harsh complaint. I would recommend this complex to just about anyone. It has all the amenities you could ask for and most of them updated at that.

I have lived here since September, 2019 and I have enjoyed the convenience of living close to shopping and medical facilities. I appreciate the safety features of the complex and take advantage of excellent walking and other fitness opportunities, including the pool.

It is a lovely place with walking trails, swimming pool and fitness area. If you like to barbeque, there are barbeques by the swimming pool and an area to socialize and relax. Good place to have pets for they are pet friendly.

No place is perfect but Ashley Apartments here at Newnan come close. Personnel at the leasing office are very helpful and the maintenance is very responsive and prompt.

The folks in the front office are all great people. Laura has helped me out since day 1 and it's been a great experience. I've also had great communication with Jeremy and Tabitha and the office is run very efficiently with a focus on the people! Great location and wonderful place to live.

So far, my experience has been great. Both with the leasing staff and the apartment complex.

We just cant recommend the complex to other potential tenants due to unresolved issues that weve brought to the attn of mgmt. If we thought it would do any good we could sit down face to face to address. Maybe were just misunderstood or not taken seriously. But we would like to know that we are valued & appreciated. Were long time residents, we pay on time, and were not troublemakers so we just ask for some consideration. Thank You

Love the new community. Neighbors have been cordial and havent had any issues. The front office is super helpful and ready to answer any questions I have had. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with great looking apartments.

Great place to live its very clean and well maintained here. The pool and gym with the activities center is a bonus.. Staff is very professional and friendly they will help people accomplish their goals with finding a new home successful! Glad I chose this place!!

We love living here! Quiet and clean community that has the best location in Newnan! We can walk over to Ashley Park for shopping or go enjoy the pool and walking trails. We couldnt ask for a better apartment complex!!

The WIllows is a fabulous community, very well kept, beautiful grounds, resort style pool, pet friendly with a dog spa, open spacious apartments, professional & very friendly staff and fantastic service team. Newly renovated leasing office with a business center!

The home and property is beautiful. I would say above average for apartment living. Maintenance has been very responsive and timely. Parking can get a little out of control at times. My worse experience has be the gates. Also, communication is sub-par. They use email blast to notify but in my case my email address was not entered in resident system correct. It was correct with Alice during my application process but somehow got butchered after that. Which caused me ALOT of heartache with gate codes and package deliveries. Also it took me until 9 months to get resident gate keys and code. The gates have been a nightmare.
