The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Williams
Updated review. We've been here almost 18 months. This apartment complex used to be great to live in. The previous management company took care of maintenance, was friendly, and most importantly addressed our concerns about noise, parking, etc. Although visitor parking wasn't marked well back then either. With the new management company, we've talked to them about ongoing barking dogs down the hall and two floors up that we hear, weed smell in the hallway, and visitors parking in our paid parking spots. My husband's car got keyed, mine got broken into, and they said they'd look at the camera footage, but never got back to us. The barking dogs continue (same ones for the last year) and the smell of weed is in the hallway. There's no follow through it seems like. Talked to management a second time about looking at camera footage to figure out who keyed his car and broke into my car and there was no follow up when they said they'd email us. Also the communication between the two office managers must not be the best because our car incidents fell between the cracks and nothing was done about it, even after addressing it the second time. It doesn't seem like they care about tenants' issues. The new coffee shop behind the apartment building is really nice and convenient. Seems like they're preparing to expand the parking lot to allow for higher traffic through that area. Also if you love waking up to construction at 6am for 6 days/week for a year, you'd really like this place.

My car was keyed, wife's car was broken into twice. Asked the PMs to check footage twice and never heard any follow up. Construction outside our window for 18 months. Overall: beautiful place, but bad communication and unmotivated management.
I've lived here for 3 months now and I LOVE how quiet the building is. It’s so nice when working from home. The office staff are very attentive and so friendly whenever I see them or communicate with them. I haven’t had a complaints and I’m very pleased with management thus far.

Thank you! Your kind words about The William are greatly appreciated!
Before they changed management this apartment complex was amazing, since moving to new management i've noticed a significant decrease in attentiveness to maintenance claims, management availability, this place is turning into a dump real quick. I have had maintenance requests in for months, the people "onsite" are never in office during the scheduled times, we have had multiple issues regarding parking and lack their of. Management hosted a fun work party and were told by the people in our office to park in designated spaces that us residents pay for monthly, additionally they removed all signs regarding towing, leaving us with no one to remove the uninvited guests blocking residents, we received no apology nor has anyone owned up to their mistakes. regarding maintenance, we have had multiple requests in for maintenance to look at, after a month of waiting we finally received an appointment for someone to come fix ONE of our issues, and no one showed up, and we received no contact stating they would reschedule. i had to reach out and leave a voice mail after i came home and noticed they never came or fixed anything. Now it is Thanksgiving day and our whole apartment building has no water. I cannot begin to explain my disgust for the treatment and experience us residents here have been receiving. Something needs to change or I along with many other residents will not be renewing our leases.
