Follow I-26 about 16 miles northwest of Charleston and you’ll discover the charming town of Ladson. In addition to short commutes into the city, Ladson provides natural beauty and a busy shopping district. It is located near Charleston Southern University, a private Southern Baptist liberal arts school. Ladson is home to Exchange Park, a large events center that hosts the Coastal Carolina Fair every October.

Residents are also close to Joint Base Charleston, home to the 628th Air Base Wing. Don't sign a lease here!!!! Numerous issues! If anything is wrong with your apartment be prepared to wait and be disappointed more than likely will not get fixed. Walls are paper thin!!! Poor customer service skills heck the office is rarely open costs compared to other locations better fits than at this location. Rental amounts are not equal between residents by a long shot. Be prepared for a dramatic increase when your renewal is up, also it's impossible to get out of your lease early without it costing you an arm and a leg. Also vehicle break-ins are premium here multiple times at this location. Never happened before current property management company brought the property.

Horrible. Changed me 3 months extra of rental insurance even though I submitted to the leasing office, twice. The ladies in the office will tell you one thing, then send a snarky email contradicting themselves. Horrible team that works the leasing office. On a bright note, they allowed to buy a condo & never have to rent again.

I have no complaints about this apartment. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are amazing, there is free coffee and sparkling water to start off my mornings, the apartment was clean when I moved in and looked just like the pictures, the appliances are modern and look very nice. When I show my friends and family my apartment they can’t believe how nice it is. The neighbors can get a little loud, however that is just apartment living and it could be a lot worse. Also the security is very reassuring.

I've lived in several different " new" apartments in the Summerville/Ladson area. I am finding that the "Wilder" is true to its word! I never have any problem with the fabulous staff here. Always ready and willing to take care of, or explain why it may be taking extra time to get things up and working!

The Wilder cares about their residents. They go above and beyond to make sure everything gets taken care of. They are professional. They act how s true property management DHOULD act. The apartments are spacious and not cramped. The grounds are well maintained. If you have had issues with other apartments lacking in cleanliness, maintenance, noise, respect, care, etc., this is the place to be. Its quiet. You can relax and enjoy your space.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff. Theyre so generous, so helpful. Amazing set of gals in the front office. Even the grounds keepers! They work so hard to keep this place nice. Its a sham they have to pick up after these disrespectful residents.

We toured a number of properties, and the Wilder was by FAR the best apartment complex for us in the area. The Wilder staff (especially Gene), the amenities, the apartment appliances and kitchen, the bathrooms were so much better than any complex around the Wilder, our decision was easy. We are very pleased with everything about the property and would recommend it to anyone.

The wilder has high end appliances that caught my attention, granite countertops are beautiful, nothing in the apartment is like any other apartments in the area. Its unique and has its own phenomenal touches throughout the apartment. I love it at The Wilder!

I have been living here for about 2 weeks now. The staff members are SO helpful and friendly. The application process was easy, the amenities are open to everyone, and Ive had very little issues in my apartment (which are all fixed now). I really love living here and I cant wait for more amenities to open like the dog park! I never want to leave!
