Property Ratings at The Wellesley Crescent Apartments
Summary: staff is very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The apartment complex shows its age, but is well maintained. Would recommend touring at the very least. While I did not end up leasing with Wellesley Crescent, the leasing and touring process left an excellent impression on me. Aldina is very responsive and easily accessible through both phone and email. She provided thorough and honest answers to all of my questions. During my on-site tour, I noted that she appears to have cordial relationships with all residents that we encountered. The apartment complex itself is clean and quiet, but has some minor flaws. The building is well maintained, but the common areas (hallways, staircases) show their age. The apartments I toured (2b/2b) were recently renovated with up-to-date kitchen and bathroom; however, a minor drawback I noted was a lack of recessed lighting in some areas or rooms where it may be desired, likely due to building age. Building amenities only include a small courtyard with a pool and grills, but the lack of amenities are reflected positively in the rent prices. The parking garage and storage areas were in good condition.
