The buildings are new which is nice, and the staff always has an answer for my concerns. However, the amount of parking spots is an issue, and I wish there was a spot to use a hose to clean a bicycle. Also we could use some more enforcement of people picking up after their dogs.

The Waters is a beautiful place to live with the most amazing, friendly, and helpful staff! Everyone in the community is also super nice! So glad that I moved here!
Living at The Waters at Redstone has been such a great experience. The apartments are modern and the amenities really feel resort-style from the pool and fitness center to the dog wash and game room. The staff and maintenance team are always friendly and quick to help, and the monthly events make it feel like a true community. The property is well kept, quiet, and in a super convenient location near I-10 and Hwy 85. Rent is a little higher, but the comfort and quality make it worth it.

I've had an outstanding experience living at The Waters At Redstone From day one, the leasing staff was welcoming, professional, and made the move-in process incredibly smooth. The community is beautifully maintained the landscaping is always neat, common areas are clean, and the amenities are top-notch.The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes.

This is my first apartment, I came from NC to FL and I love the environment , the neighborhood, everything about the community! It is well ran and put together and has a lot to offer. The units are also nice and bright!

Great staff! Great leasing experience. Breezeways could use more frequent or scheduled cleanings. Community is very friendly. Noise between units is as average for apartment living.

The staff is SO friendly!! Moving from out of state was scary to say the least, BUT we felt so welcome and at home once we arrived! The grounds of the complex is well kept, the neighbors are extremely kind as well!

Very lovely community lots of people to meet and have a good time with. Many activities that are offered by the office like movies or trivia nights. Dog park is a nice place if you want your dog to run some energy out very open area

This is my first apartment and I absolutely love it! Everything is beautiful and very well taken care of. I haven’t met any neighbors but I do love having the at home access of a pool and gym.

We are very happy with the community, the office staff and the maintenance crew. The grounds, pool and clubhouse are kept very clean and two monthly events are hosted monthly at the clubhouse with different themes with food and refreshments provided for all.

Me and my other half we love this place it's nice and peaceful everybody is calm everybody is very respectful the pool is great.. we sat back the other day and enjoyed our game of pool.. we are very livid pool players the only thing is the game room need more pool sticks it's a good thing that I got my own pool sticks but definitely need new pool sticks and for the TV outside the speakers don't work but everything else is phenomenal the staff is 100%

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! One of the best parts is the pool—it’s always clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. The dog park is another big plus, especially if you have pets. It’s spacious and gives dogs a great place to run around and play.

A lot of things here to love. The game room, gym, the pool, using the grills and etc. I love how secure this community is and how quiet it is. Although I wish there were some things they did a tad bit better with but it’s overall a GREAT PLACE to stay

Very accommodating staff, clean rental units, and great amenities! The complimentary coffee is really what sold me. The buildings are secure and everyone is super friendly!
Love the warm staff and the events they host at the clubhouse! The pool area is perfect with three grills, tables, and umbrellas that are perfect for the family to have a swim/cookout.

Things have been amazing here so far and I would highly recommend. The staff is absolutely amazing and our clubhouse is beautiful with an amazing pool. The apartment is also massive and so much room for myself and my dog.
This is an amazing community ,to be apart of, All the residents and staff, are friendly, and welcoming ,to one another. The community has amazing amenities Great views and grounds are well maintained Close to schools and library Located near to hospital and shopping A great place, family friendly and pet friendly

The amenities at this apartment complex are great, and it's easy to get someone to come and address the maintenance issues that periodically come up. Wish rent wasn't so high though!

My experience here at the waters at Redstone in crestview Florida have been nothing but wonderfully amazing. Not only are the amenities up to date and taken care of but the staff is very helpful with anything you may need.
I appreciate living here, it’s been almost a year and the everything is perfect, however, one minor small tiny problem. Of the 99 incredible reasons you should live here, the only 1 thing I genuinely don’t love is taking a shower everyday. I work outside in the field all day and although a warm shower is nice, I prefer a hot shower which would make me feel comfortable and happier. It’s not a serious concern but it does create a bit of frustration for me some nights especially this winter. I do love living here, I do recommend living here. The staff are incredible and truly the best at what they do. There are no negatives truthfully living here. I’m very grateful to have the privilege of living here.

Love the Subway backsplash in the kitchen, the wood flooring, and the stainless steel appliances in the apartment. Also love the Starbucks coffee machine at the clubhouse that offers delicious complimentary coffee, chai latte, and hot chocolate! The trash valet service every morning except the weekends is an exceptional perk to have included in the rent.

The apparents itself are amazing and the amenities excellent. The neighbors need to be a little bit more considerate. I had problems with the ones directly above me stomping and running around and dropping and moving stuff after hours, sometimes waking up my entire family at 1 and 2 in the morning. I asked them politely once and told management but it’s still going on. Parking space is limited and I pay for the a private parking spot and it still gets usen by other residents that don’t pay for it and the company hired or in contract agreements doesn’t tow any vehicles during the night so I’m forced to park buildings away because of someone else’s lack of respect.

We enjoy living in our apartment - the events that bring the residents together are nice and we think the amenities are great. We do have some problems with parking, so there's that.

I've been living in this community for almost a year and can honestly say it is truly a real and genuine staff. The location of the apartments, the amenities and the layout design of the actual apartments are perfect. I love living here and being able to enjoy the nonstop events that are very well planned out. Highly recommend moving here !

The look and the amenities of the space are great. Walls and floors are pretty thin so I recommend living on the third floor if your ability allows it. Community offers a lot of programs monthly and are forward thinkers. One thing I wish is that there was better parking availability. I sincerely don’t think there’s enough parking for tenants living in the buildings. Overall this place is a 4/5.

From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the management and maintenance teams. Anytime I have a concern, it’s addressed promptly and with genuine care. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property well-maintained and beautiful. I love having access to the 24-hour fitness center and the pool, and the dog park has been a great bonus for my pup. There’s even a self-service coffee machine and a fully stocked gym that make my day-to-day life more enjoyable—all at a reasonable price. The location is perfect, too. Everything I need is just a short distance away. I can run to the grocery store, grab dinner at a nearby restaurant, or pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy, all within a couple of miles. It’s so convenient, and I never feel like I’m far from anything. Overall, living here has been a dream. The combination of excellent service, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic location makes The Waters at Redstone an amazing place to call home.

From the moment I stepped into the leasing office and was greeted by the agents, I felt at home. The application process was very simple and moving in was a breeze. The residences here are very friendly and so are all of the maintenance workers! My choice to move to The Waters on Redstone was one of the best decisions I have made.
