It’s a nice looking complex, yet parking sucks (to say the amount of money we pay, we shouldn’t have to fight over parking spots) and the insulation is horrible!
All of the staff are amazing. The property is kept pristine and I feel safe living here. Everyone that i have met are very friendly. All of the amenities are well above other places I have lived.
Overall we love our new home! It is spacious and the amenities are great. Just wish at least water was included in the rent otherwise the office staff is usually friendly and maintenance comes quickly when you put in the work order

I truly enjoy living at The Waters at Millerville so far. My move in experience was exceptional. I was gifted with several house warming gifts. This company cares about people. Ms.AnTajha was very helpful during my move in process. She had a great attitude and she was always smiling which made me smile. She was very patient with me because I was being picky with choosing between two different apartments, but she made sure that I received the perfect apartment. I am in love with my beautiful modern apartment. My apartment is stylish, spacious, and has the perfect amount of windows. To this date, Ms.AnTajha communicates with me frequently and on time and she actively listens to my concerns. I do not experience any loud noises during the day or night from my neighbors. I have submitted a maintenance request twice so far, and they serviced my apartment within 48 hours. I love that the staff takes pride in keeping up with the interior and exterior of the apartment complex.

The apartments had great amenities. The pool & the gym are both really nice. They have lots of community activities. It is a little loud at times but that’s living in an apartment complex.

So far we have had a good experience. The down side would be available parking at night. Also when the gates have note been working properly.

Amenities and community engagement is top tier.. Maintenance is efficient and doesn’t take long to come out to handle whatever problem you’re having. which have been minimum since living here. Groundskeeper always has a smile on her face and takes her job very serious, which I appreciate.

I absolutely love the waters, the property is beautiful and the staff has been great to work with. I love the community here and have been enjoying all of the events an amenities so much. The gym is so nice and I can’t wait to use the pool this summer!

I’ve been living at The Waters at Millerville for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My apartment is spacious, modern, and feels like home. The office staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to address any concerns or needs. One of my favorite things about living here is the community events — they offer great opportunities to meet neighbors and build connections. Whether it’s a social gathering or seasonal celebration, there’s always something fun happening. Overall, The Waters at Millerville is a fantastic place to call home — a great combination of comfort, convenience, and community. Highly recommend!

It is aesthetically pleasing inside and out, with responsive staff. The downside is that some people like to discard cigar innards in the breezeway and play music at the highest decibels. Having to figure out how to get large packages from the mailroom to your apartment is also an inconvenience, but your packages are secure.

Very nice environment and place to live,I’ve lived in two different units but the neighbors are kinda annoying and the office staff don’t do nothing about it.

So far, I've had an amazing experience as a new tenant at The Waters at Millerville. The staff is amiable, extremely informed, and meticulous in ensuring that your tenancy is both excellent and comfortable. The apartments have the intended modern vibe and are pleasant and spacious. The location emphasizes how easy it is to have everything you need within a 10-mile radius, and the amenities are fantastic.It's beautiful!

The Waters at Millerville has been a very welcoming community since I first began looking for a new apartment. The staff was very friendly and the residents that I’ve encountered have also been very friendly. The apartments are aesthetically pleasing, spacious and modern. The amenities (club house, pool, game room, gym, dog park, dog wash, car wash) add to the appeal of the property. Overall, I am very happy to be a resident here.

First and foremost when I say you can hear everything I mean everything. If people are being loud and obnoxious in the hallway you’ll be able to hear it. If neighbors are being excessively loud, stomping, or making loud thuds you will hear it. Secondly, there seems to be a problem with quiet hours and enforcing it. Calling the noise complaint line yields only a ticket number and doesn’t provide an update to whether the offender has been reprimanded or even fined. At this point I’m not even certain if the courtesy officer exists. Also there was recently a string of car break-ins that is highly concerning. The front office staff are nice but if common rules aren’t enforced I can quickly see this place going down. There is also the issue with the right gate being broken which since to my knowledge hasn’t been repaired in quite some time and is inconvenient. Lastly, I will say if necessary maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

my experience here so far has been great, quiet and peaceful. the staff is friendly. the property stays clean. trash valet is a bonus ! neighbors aren’t rowdy. my upstairs neighbor is so quiet! The view is perfect. I love it here.
