Head east from Baton Rouge for about eight miles to discover the suburban neighborhood of Avalon, a peaceful, tree-filled community that's ideal for commuters. Avalon is located between Florida Avenue and I-12, between Sherwood Forest and River Run.

My neighbors with the extra large barking dogs and the horrible smell that comes from the apartment. Always afraid to pass by the apartment for fear of the dogs coming out as previous times
I have been living here at the Water’s of Millerville since July and can’t say enough great things about my experience. The apartment unit in itself is very nice and modern. The community and residents are all so kind as well. It’s perfect distance from the interstate and all the stores I shop at.

Very peaceful and upscale type of living here! No loud noises or no illegal activity goes on here! The neighbors are very quiet that you barely see any on my floor! Always clean around here and I have not had any issues with anything breaking, and if I did, maintenance is here on time!

The apartment complex is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The application process was easy and quick. The apartment complex is close to shopping, restaurants and LSU. Cannot wait to spend at least the next four years here.

It’s a nice looking complex, yet parking sucks (to say the amount of money we pay, we shouldn’t have to fight over parking spots) and the insulation is horrible!

Overall we love our new home! It is spacious and the amenities are great. Just wish at least water was included in the rent otherwise the office staff is usually friendly and maintenance comes quickly when you put in the work order

Ms.AnTajha was very helpful during my move in process. She had a great attitude and she was always smiling which made me smile. She was very patient with me because I was being picky with choosing between two different apartments, but she made sure that I received the perfect apartment. I am in love with my beautiful modern apartment. My apartment is stylish, spacious, and has the perfect amount of windows. To this date, Ms.AnTajha communicates with me frequently and on time and she actively listens to my concerns. I do not experience any loud noises during the day or night from my neighbors. I have submitted a maintenance request twice so far, and they serviced my apartment within 48 hours. I love that the staff takes pride in keeping up with the interior and exterior of the apartment complex.

I love it here! The amenities are often, it is quiet, and very clean. It’s a nice place to live. My guests view this place as a vacation spot and the luxury living is definitely notable.

The apartments had great amenities. The pool & the gym are both really nice. They have lots of community activities. It is a little loud at times but that’s living in an apartment complex.

So far we have had a good experience. The down side would be available parking at night. Also when the gates have note been working properly.

Amenities and community engagement is top tier.. Maintenance is efficient and doesn’t take long to come out to handle whatever problem you’re having. which have been minimum since living here. Groundskeeper always has a smile on her face and takes her job very serious, which I appreciate.
