We just moved into our new apartment, and I absolutely love it here! The community is so friendly, peaceful, and welcoming, it already feels like home. Everything is well-maintained, and the management team has been super helpful and responsive with anything we’ve needed. The neighborhood feels safe and has such a nice vibe. I’m really happy we chose this place, it’s the perfect new chapter for us!

I love it here and is a great place to call home . The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The ground and Facility are kept clean every day by the amazing maintenance man. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is amazing. I love the convenience of the trash man that come pick up Monday thru Friday. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else.

It’s so beautiful and the staff are amazing. We have made a ton of pet friends too! It’s so conveniently located near everything you need and has a huge dog park!!
We love the beautiful landscaping and amenities. The gym and pool are amazing. I feel like I’m at a resort. The dog park is wonderful, we like to take our pups there and relax while they play.

It feels like a resort living here. The amenities are very nice and it’s a very quiet neighborhood to live in. Very enjoyable. I love the addition of the grills too alongside the pool
Apartment complex is new and very nice. Dog park is a lovely addition and big enough for big sized dogs to run around. Expected normal issues with a new building but no complaints.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Waters at Crestview. The community is quiet, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, which makes everything much easier. The amenities are also a huge plus especially the pool and the overall atmosphere of the property. It truly feels safe and welcoming here, and I’ve been very comfortable during my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great living experience.

The tour was great. The complex itself is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Jordan and Joyce have been most helpful. After touring the complex, I decided to go home and start the leasing process. Upon moving in, I will say there were a couple of hiccups, however, everything was addressed at a rapid rate and I was very impressed with the outcome. Everyone that I have come in contact with here is very nice. The maintenance team is courteous and responsive as well. I have lived at several apartment complexes and this complex out ranks them all. I would like to thank Jordan, Joyce, Lindsey, and the maintenance team!
