The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Property Ratings at The Watch on Shem Creek
I just moved in and had a few things that needed to be addressed at the apartment. Everyone on the maintenance team is extremely helpful and theyre super sweet to my dog. Thank you!!
I have lived here for almost 6 years and can truly say that in Mount Pleasant, to be able to be on Shem Creek, and be in such a convenient location, you cant beat it! The staff is so friendly and they truly work hard to make this property a place you enjoy coming home to!
I love the location. The bills are super high for the area to the point something is wrong, when you get at 100 dollar sewage bill here and issues is there. Black mold has been reported an issue in serval apartments which I have not had issue with but is a issue. All the people here are super nice, love the dog park, the area is great, the pool and pier is super nice. Maintenance here is super friendly and nice. Love them. I
Going on 6 years in being a resident here and I love it as much as I did on the day I moved in!
The Watch at Shem Creek has some of the nicest outdoor facilities there are in Mount Pleasant. However, the value of the apartment is subpar. Apartments are old and they don't seem to have been remodeled in several years. The rent price is high and not a reflection of the value of the apartment.
The Watch truly feels like coming home. From the moment you drive onto the property you feel like time slows down. Its a charming complex where staff and residents are friendly and the warmth is unlike any other property in the area. If an apartment could give you a hug, this would be the one to do it!
This place is the best. The awsome views of the property and shem creek, the staff, and the neighbors that are not just neighbors but friends. I tell everyone about how great this place is.
I have lived at The Watch for 5 years. The property is very pretty, lots of trees and on Shem Creek, and is so peaceful. Very rare qualities to find in most apartment complexes. The management, maintenance personnel and staff are so wonderful! Any issues Ive had, have been addressed and resolved in a very prompt manner. I dont plan to move anytime soon!
The Watch at Shem Creek is a great place to live. The office staff to the maintenance staff are all wonderful and very helpful. I have never lived at any apartment complex that I enjoy more than this one.
Th Watch is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is so nice and helpful, from the office staff, to the residents.
I love living here and I love the staff and management of the complex. I also love being apart of a wonderful community with outstanding neighbor's.
I can’t begin to say enough about the amazing customer service I have had with the Watch on Shem creek. The assistant Manager Pam has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were happy during our stay and also happy after we moved. She has dedicated many hours over the phone and through email to make sure our experience was pleasant and seamless. Any issues that occurred we knew that she would be more than willing to assist. Not only did she provide amazing customer service but the apartments were always kept in great shape. If we ever are in the market for another apartment we will 100% lease hear again.
Electric bill is min $250/month, outside areas smell like urine in the sun, broken ac unit for past 12 months, leasing office is nice at first then the attitudes come out when you ask for repairs (dishwasher has been broken for entire lease/they are the nastiest people I've dealt with). Empty promises all around "we're getting paddle boards, new washer/dryers, up grading the complex" its been 10 months but it's still a dump. Won't give corporate information out. Raised lease by almost $400 and act like I can't do math when I ask about it. There are way too many nicer complexes in 29464 to bother looking at this one!
Paces Watch is exactly what I was looking for. I have lived at Paces Watch for 3 years with my two dogs. The first time I drove down the tree covered path, I was pleasantly surprised at how serene and inviting it looked. The apartments are very well maintained and look fabulous outside and in. I love walking my dogs on the nature trail and to the dock on Shem Creek. The management has a great attitude and everyone is ALWAYS friendly. Paces Watch is close to work and shopping and has the most fantastic restaurants close by.
