Over all I like the apartment community, Its spacious and well maintained, But the extremely limited amenities for such a big community is a backdrop and also no security gate ( If anyone is walking into the community) can be a potential concern.

Cortland Vera Sanford is a great place to live. It is a gated community where everyone is nice and friendly. Beautiful pool and landscape. The townhomes are nice and quiet. Great place for walking. Overall great place to call home and it is convenient to shopping places and restaurants. Nice neighborhood and area to be in. We love it here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cortland Vera Sanford, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The community is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that make it feel like a resort style experience. Shamell was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about floor plans, pricing, and the application process. The apartments I toured with my Friend were spacious, well-designed, and equipped.. I especially appreciated the focus on resident satisfaction, reflected in thoughtful touches like the gorgeous pool area, fully equipped fitness center, and pet friendly spaces. While availability for some floor plans was limited, the team kept me well informed and was proactive in helping me explore alternatives. I can tell they genuinely care about helping residents find the best fit for their needs. Overall, if you’re looking for a vibrant community with great amenities and a helpful staff Shamell, Tiana and ,Milica. I highly recommend checking out Cortland Vera Sanford!

I love my apartment. It’s quiet and I have wonderful neighbors. The entire staff is courteous and professional. They are always there to assist you when needed. One of the main reasons I moved here was due to how the staff made me feel.

Comparatively Spacious apartments, Roaches are the only major problem. But rest things are fine coming to in apartment facilities.

I love this complex. It’s the best I’ve chosen in the area. The only negative side is the fire alarm that goes off relatively often. Other than that, such as management team or the amenities, everything is great.

Excellent place to live for the price, staff is friendly and willing to resolve any maintenance requests.

I have been a long Time resident 7 years at Cortland Vera and I have to give a big thank you to Melissa for her dedication. She is a true asset to Cortland Vera and Sanford. All the Office stuff is wonderful. They make our living beautiful. We have extra security. We have multiple police officers always available and patrol the community. we have a beautiful saltwater pool with the two-story Fitness movie theater, everybody is wonderful looking for many more years. I like the weekly activities and the notifications that we get to keep us updated on what’s going on in our community. The management team is really professional.I also like the way management takes action on things to ensure safety. The gym is well equipped which is really impressive. The world would have been in peace if everyone had the quality of life we have here at Cortland vera.

Cortland Vera Sanford is the best apartment community in Sanford area. We have visited other communities but we decided to rent here. They have two story fitness center and yoga class every Monday. The pool is the resort style pool and it is well taken care of. Staff is attentive and they respond right away to our requests.

Milica and Tiana in the office are amazing. They are always helpful and come up with solutions if we need something. Events are amazing and they do it every month. Happy to be resident of Cortland Vera Sanford.

I had the pleasure of doing a tour with Ms. Aliyah. She was so pleasant, informative and funny. Even though i told her i don't plan on moving in until January of next year she was more than understanding and still laid it all out for me. The apartments i viewed are all so spacious, luxurious and overall just amazing! I can't wait to live in such a beautiful community with such a lovely staff!

Cortland is a very nice community compared to other apartments communities in Sanford, FL. Cortland Staff genuinely promotes a feeling of community and shows appreciation for their residents, especially with community events, holiday events, food trucks, ongoing pool maintenance during every season, virtual platform for residents, digest communications, and maintaining a great working cool safe gym.

I have a huge issue with the fact that I’ve seen a lot of roaches and spiders in my apartment, and have had pest control come out 3 times in the almost two months I’ve been here and I still see MULTIPLE roaches & spiders

The community per se is wonderful. The apartments as well are spacious and give a nice luxurious feeling. The drawback is, even a newly rented apartment got few roaches already! Afraid to think what happens over time.

Cortland Vera Sanford is one of the best places to live in Sanford! Community grounds are clean, and very beautiful despite the noise from I-4's traffic. Cortland staff provides a sense of community by offering fun, holiday celebration and social events. We feel safe when using amenities as well!

I would like to let any body that is looking for a new place to call home Cortland, Vera is the best place to call home. I moved in right when they got done building them and it’s going on 4 years that I am very lucky and fortunate to call Cortland Vera home. When you walk in the office, you will be greeted with wonderful office girls I do I have to give it to Melissa. She is a really hard worker. Melissa is the office manager. She is always pleasant very understanding very outgoing, and always thinks of the residence. When I was looking at other places I would walk into the office at the places I was looking at and I would walk out because office people were very rude. But At Cortland Vera when you walk in to the office even if they are busy, they will at least acknowledge you with a smile and let you know they will be right with you. Maintenance is very quick on answering or fixing your service request also when I’m driving out if I see maintenance going through a service call on the golf cart all the maintenance fellows will wave to say hello. Thank you maintenance for the wonderful customer service. You guys are awesome that’s why I love to call Cortland Vera at home. From a very Happy resident Linda,Renee

The service is excellent, the best property I have ever lived in.

I love the luxury feel of where I live. Both gym and clubhouse are two story and 24/7. We have a resort style pool that I love to use. Maintenance and office staff are helpful and professional.

This Propriety is Amazing!!! I love how clean the propriety is kept and the gym, clubhouse, movie theater, and pool are always available to use which is very convenient.
