The. Only reason I give it a four is because of the noise level at the dog park specifically between 4 & 6 pm daily. Fridays it can be pretty loud & annoying..if you are into having a quite dinner at these times it’s not going to happen.

This is an easy rating for us to provide for this apartment complex. The property is very well managed and maintained. We are sensitive to maintenance and undoubtedly. there is a high priority to address an issue that is submitted by a resident. The quality of the building is good, however for some, street noise or upstairs noise is an issue. The amenities of the building make this a nice community to live in. The pool, though not heated, is lovely in the hot summers. The Twilight Room is a community room for anyone to use. The pool table and a large TV area for sports or TV events is well utilized. Direct access to the community Park is ideal for dog walking & enjoying activities in the park. Mail is easily handled in a mail room and a separate package room is secure. All floors are secure and require special access to each floor. The Gym is furnished with appropriate work-out equipment. The dog bathing station helps us keep our fur babies groomed. We will be staying.

I moved into the Walker about a month and a half or two months ago and it's probably the best decision I've ever made as far as WHERE I want to live and HOW I want to live. The people in the community here are amazing. It's incredibly friendly and positive. It's hard not to feel like there's something good and right when you walk in and talk with the team or meet your neighbors. And then the physical place is just amazing. I tell everybody I've got the best apartment in Cary. A world class downtown park is my backyard. Restaurants, bars, and camaraderie are all just a short walk away. The place is alive and vibrant during the day and in the evening, yet peaceful and Serene at night. There's no place I'd rather be actually than sitting on my back deck, watching the lively Park during the day or listening to the frogs at night. If you're looking for a place that is energizing positive, and also happens to have probably the best location in the entire region, there's no better place

We’re coming up on 6 mos here at The Walker and love it. Of course the location is great. Plus we enjoy the amenities and the well equipped and bright apartment. But the team here really makes this place shine. They’re always friendly and ready to help and are incredibly responsive to any needs, concerns or maintenance requests. That’s huge. No place is ever perfect, so having a team that is on top of things is a game changer and has made the transition from owning to renting an easy one. My only minor gripe… the window cleaning was a bust. One of our windows is better but two were made worse and our dirtiest window was missed altogether. I’d recommend hiring a different service next time that uses more than a broom with a hose connected. Aside from that, it’s awesome here!

As one of the first people to move in, of course, we had a few tweaks and final finishes, but we love the service provided by the maintenance team and the rental office. Can’t wait for the pool deck to be open and be able to sit by a fire or grill out. The park will be amazing. Great views of the construction progress right now which is cool.
We absolutely love the Walker! It is everything that we anticipated it would be. Brittany and the rest of the team have been incredibly wonderful to work with and have taken very good care of us. We look forward to many years here.
