Very nice, very fun events and great location. The staff is all very friendly and lots of cool amenities. It could be better for owning pets, you have to pay for a whole pet profile in addition to all the pet rent costs

So far so good. Just moved in yesterday and we appreciate the small welcome gift as we walked into the apartment. Don helped my wife navigate the halls to our unit and the front office staff were helpful and flexible in working with our movers to get us into the building with the freight elevator.

Never has been a great experience for me unfortunately. Things that you have no control over: very noisy from park, parking is horrible on weekends, and incident with Hannah- the office hasn’t been the same. Maintenance guys are the best!!

The staff held a Blind Date with a book event and the residents loved it! A lot of preparation went into this event. We received two current best sellers that we had never read. Time well spent during our rainy weather.

This is not your typical apartment community. The Walker is very well appointed and is maintained by a professional, dedicated, and long term full time staff. Nice amenities and good location next to down town Cary park. Building is relatively new (3 years old) so in like -new condition. Parking is a little problematic due to sharing spaces with library.

Everyone immediately makes you feel at home from the manager and leasing team all the way through maintenance, every team member is looking out for you. I had a problem with the washer on move-in day and immediately got help. I got regular updates on the progress and when it will be resolved. The team made move in as easy as possible and were able to direct me to the easiest path to unload and access the apartment. I have an incredible view of the park, with many different areas to work quietly throughout the building. The amenities are fantastic and really provides a welcoming atmosphere.

The. Only reason I give it a four is because of the noise level at the dog park specifically between 4 & 6 pm daily. Fridays it can be pretty loud & annoying..if you are into having a quite dinner at these times it’s not going to happen.

This is an easy rating for us to provide for this apartment complex. The property is very well managed and maintained. We are sensitive to maintenance and undoubtedly. there is a high priority to address an issue that is submitted by a resident. The quality of the building is good, however for some, street noise or upstairs noise is an issue. The amenities of the building make this a nice community to live in. The pool, though not heated, is lovely in the hot summers. The Twilight Room is a community room for anyone to use. The pool table and a large TV area for sports or TV events is well utilized. Direct access to the community Park is ideal for dog walking & enjoying activities in the park. Mail is easily handled in a mail room and a separate package room is secure. All floors are secure and require special access to each floor. The Gym is furnished with appropriate work-out equipment. The dog bathing station helps us keep our fur babies groomed. We will be staying.

Great building, staff, amenities, and community. Proximity to the park is a huge bonus. My only complaint is that parking can get really bad some nights and weekends.

Love the area, it’s quiet, it’s fun there’s always something to walk to or do. The big windows are the best and the patios are so nice!!! The views are great and they have fun activities every month for residents to connect

We love the community, organization and the responsiveness of the staff. The workmanship of the unit is not to the level that is advertised however, the staff try their best to accommodate, fix and address the issues as best as they can.

I am really enjoying life here at The Walker. It’s extremely difficult to find an apartment with this level of amenities, activities and security, but coupled with the fact that we are positioned a few steps from Downtown Cary Park makes living here an exceptional experience. Wonderful staff and beautiful facilities.

Love my apartment and the fantastic view of Downtown Cary Park. My balcony will be a great place to listen to concerts in the park. Everyone I have met has been very friendly.

I moved into the Walker about a month and a half or two months ago and it's probably the best decision I've ever made as far as WHERE I want to live and HOW I want to live. The people in the community here are amazing. It's incredibly friendly and positive. It's hard not to feel like there's something good and right when you walk in and talk with the team or meet your neighbors. And then the physical place is just amazing. I tell everybody I've got the best apartment in Cary. A world class downtown park is my backyard. Restaurants, bars, and camaraderie are all just a short walk away. The place is alive and vibrant during the day and in the evening, yet peaceful and Serene at night. There's no place I'd rather be actually than sitting on my back deck, watching the lively Park during the day or listening to the frogs at night. If you're looking for a place that is energizing positive, and also happens to have probably the best location in the entire region, there's no better place

Love it so safe and quiet. Beautiful window views and walkable restaurants. Shopping and groceries are under 5 min drive and the park is gorgeous.
