The Vue on Stadium Drive Fayetteville

I think that this place doesn't treat its tenants like actual adults yet tries to overcharge for everything as a kindness. All of the workers I have interacted with are nothing but kind but that AI is horrible and needs to be gone ASAP

The View is a really nice place to live if you go to the University of Arkansas with the shuttle you taking straight to Harmon. It is also nice to live next to campus.

Nice place for college student to live. A little noisy but the staff is helpful for the most part. Decent amenities. Maintenance is very timely

everything here is broken. The gym is kept at 74 degrees and is basically unusable. There is constantly broken glass everywhere and an attempted shooting

wish that the bus schedule was longer and the internet was better. This would greatly improve all residents experience and would improve the value of the apartment.

The maintenance team works really hard to make sure things are running properly. The one thing that has to get better is the bus schedule because that’s how people depend on getting to school and it makes it difficult

I’ve had a great experience living at the Vue for the past couple years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and maintence is quick to fix anything that’s wrong.

I have lived at the vue for two years now, and the first year was perfect, and the second year was going great until they took payment options away for college kids. A lot of young adults pay for their rent, and taking away half payments has caused tons of stress! Our townhome got our laundry doors torn out, and we got told "they don't make them anymore," when that's not true.

Extremely difficult to get a hold of someone when you have a problem. If you call the number you get routed to someone that is not even in the office by where you live. Also, I have had multiple guests get their car towed. Not enough guest spots.

Living at the vue has been amazing! They are very helpful and quick with maintenance request! The staff is very friendly and willing to help!

Great college living experience, close to campus which is super convenient. The shuttle does not always run as scheduled so be prepared to walk on some days.

although there have been problems with our physical space, I have had nothing but great experiences with both the front desk staff and the janitorial staff. everyone listens and answers my questions and works to make my experience better

Good apartments for the price and close to the college. It is one of the better options for apartments if you are a student or a parent of a student

The Vue is a really good college apartment with very good amenities and a very helpful staff. The bus is very convenient for students at the U of A.

The vue has been great. The bus drivers and maintenance guys are very convient to have around. Deliveries and mail is easy to get and well organized.

Nice big rooms and service is actually pretty fast. Nice living Room and kitchen. Everything is made pretty simple from moving in and moving out and everything is between.

I have lived here the past two years, communication over the summer is not very good, but gets a bit better when actually in Fayetteville. However, the units are old and we have had several issues, and for the rent being so high having such issues is frustrating.

I’ve met so many friends at the vue and they have really good accommodations for dogs with the different fenced in areas for dogs. Only comment I would have is to get some new poop bags for the dogs since they are out.

Great rooms and space, own bathrooms in each room for 2 & 4 bedrooms Vue shuttle, is a good plus but do not rely on it as it has over 900,000 miles waffle Wednesdays once a month and sometimes free pizza, redbull and other community rewards. electricity is a little unclear rent cost is pricy in major apartment complexes in Fayetteville so take your time and so research it takes a while to get into the Vue latest is the last week if October but even then you can still be put on a waitlist overall, its had its pros and cons like every place

Maintenance is always efficient. The front desk staff is nice but I feel like they are understaffed, making getting packages and asking questions a little hard. We also need another bus driver. Mike is amazing but he needs help.

Has good amenities, bus is sometimes down and they forget to tell us, front office is very helpful, printer is down sometimes but they will print it in the office for you. Overall good place to live

Living here is good no problems with that. The bus to go to class is pretty unreliable and you never know when it is going to be down. Other than that no complaints.

The apartment complex is really run down and many of the things in the apartments and community spaces are run down. Additionally the apartment lets residents trash the property and doesn’t do anything about it.

Management is nice and tries to get to you as fast as possible. The one bad thing is you will get overages pretty much every month even if you are careful about you light usage.

I love it! It is so much fun and I really love it it’s so awesome. I love the app and I want it to stay around a ton. I think it’s amazing and awesome!

It’s been really nice living here, only problem is having to call maintenance a bunch of times to fix our AC and other small things around the apartment

Nice apartment for college students. Maintenance is very helpful and quick to respond to requests. Amenities are adequate. Nicely furnished but could use some upgrades.

After three or four messages, still no return call or return email from the property. They also automatically forced a charge from Rentistry even though that wasn’t in the contract or any notification. Instead of requiring an opt in they made us opt out, which I found on my own. No one communicated that you could opt out. They also have very confusing electricity rates I think our way too high and I’ve gone up since the new ownership

It’s great! It’s a fun place to live especially getting to live close to all my friends. The only thing I wish would have improvement is the consistency of the bus. Otherwise it’s great!

I liked living here a lot my first year, and a little bit my second. I'm going on my third year now and I hate to say that I will be excited to go. Management lately has been much harder to contact, and I don't see the point of renewing for "the same rate" when every year they manage to slap on more and more useless fees. I am also frustrated at the fact that they act like you're a new resident when you are just under a renewed lease. Any issues I've ever had with roommates has not been taken care of despite a resident portal that tries to match you with roommates you are compatible to. Overall, I just wish the vue cared more about their residents, often times I feel like they know we don't have that many other choices and continuing to raise and raise the rates while lowering the quality of living here is an interesting choice to say the least. I would really only recommend this place to people who need big rooms and big common areas.

This is a very good extremely great place to live. The location if very astonishing. The price is also very very very good. The parking is good.

The vue is a great place to live. Its right next to campus so its an easy commute and everyone there is really nice. Maintenance is so sweet and quick and the office people are always friendly. The views are also amazing!

Good, transit is very inconsistent and pool opens way later than everyone expected which kinda sucked, but everything else like staff, and complex is great!

Perfect location close to campus! The apartments themselves are very spacious. A lot of the equipment is broken in the gym though and the hallways can get dirty, but other than that it’s a great place to live!

Apartments are great sizes. I wish that the gym was better and that the campus shuttle ran more regularly. Office staff is always super nice and I've enjoyed my time living here.

Living at the Vue was really great my first year! My roommates were great, staff was super friendly and maintenance was helpful! Now there are some fees I think are unnecessary like the pest fee every month and the utilities bill could not be more vague. But there are still a lot of perks and I definitely feel like it’s one of the better student apartments.

Nice big rooms. Large outdoor area. Kitchen and living room are nice. Love having an actual laundry room. Overall, great place to live! I completely reccomend!

It’s a good location to campus. It’s a good place to live except for the trash problem which isn’t so much the Vue’s fault but the residents. Also, the gym equipment broke and it took an extremely long time until it was fixed. But other than that, it’s a nice place to live.

it’s awesome so cool! the staff is so nice even though it’s not too clean sometimes. and i love the pool and the tanning bed! i love it here it’s so awesome community rewards is awesome!

Spacious apartments with lots of amenities. Close to campus and the stadiums. Rooms have private bathrooms with is a plus. Maintenance can take a little while to respond, but other than that It has been a great experience at The Vue!

i love it here! the vue has been such an amazing place to live. my only issue was with the trash, there are critters who are known to rip trash bags open.

Great environment and the bedrooms in the townhomes are very spacious and comfortable . Also a great downstairs area to hang out with friends.

Love it here!!! The rooms are big and so are the closets and the bathrooms are nice and clean and there are many windows in the units with all different kinds of views!
